This is the second time this year we have used STP, once for our boiler to be serviced and the other for our washing machine to be relocated. They are a great and reliable company that turned up when they said they would, very polite staff all round including office staff, completed the job efficiently and was mindful not to make too much of a mess. We will be definitely calling on them for future work. It is nice to have a company on hand that you can trust to do the job you pay for.

Every time I have contacted S.T. Plumbing about problems I've had with my boiler, they have arranged for an engineer to come out in great time and the work they could carry out was done there and then. Any extra parts, etc, needed were ordered and further visits were arranged. I could not have asked for a better service. Thank you.

Engineer was polite and conducted boiler service. He identified an issue and arranged a replacement part under warranty. Very trustworthy business.

The Boiler was installed in Jan 2021 by ST Plumbing and has always had an annual service by them. This year it also required service of a system Filter and the unvented cylinder, at a small additional cost. I'm happy to know this is running at optional peak with energy costs spiralling.

Having moved home, I asked ST Plumbing & Heating to carry out a full bathroom renovation. The whole process was straightforward and stress free. Firstly Dan visited to measure up and discuss my requirements after which I attended their supplier to choose the fixtures and fittings. From then on I had one point of contact who was Claire. She was extremely helpful and efficient and explained that she was happy to adjust my requirements/quote as many times as necessary to ensure that I was 100% happy. She then made all the arrangements to an agreed timescale and the whole process went ahead smoothly. Dan and his apprentice Joe arrived on time to supervise delivery of the skip and bathroom fixtures and fittings. They carried out the renovation as arranged with the minimum of disruption in a clean and tidy way. I observed that Dan is a perfectionist and he works conscientiously to a very high standard. I’m really pleased with the finished result which was completed three months ago and I have not encountered any problems. This company has previously serviced my boiler and carried out unrelated plumbing work too. I have no hesitation in recommending them, they are reliable, always answer the phone (or quickly call you back) and they do what they say they will do. I’m a happy customer.

ST plumbing came and diagnosed high water pressure causing my washing machine to bang. A PRV valve and shock absorber were fitted. The job was difficult as there is not a lot of space under my kitchen sink. Daniel and Lewis showed great determination and got the job done .Daniel later came back to make some adjustments and at the same time repaired the washing machine fitting. The work was done on time and on budget The service provided has been excellent. Daniel and Lewis are professional, polite and knowledgeable. Claire is the most helpful person I have come across in a long while. Great first impressions,helpfulness, ongoing communication and aftercare. I am using ST again and can highly recommend this firm to others

Dan and his apprentice arrived on time, were very polite and conducted a boiler service quickly and with minimal disruption. A quotation was received quickly for a boiler replacement with three options provided. I shall be using STP's services again.

S t plumbing carried out work on a back boiler and changed broken programmer and thermostat , they arrived on time very friendly and seem to be able to repair anything ! The boiler is quite old but now in great working order I was just pleased with how friendly and professional they all are people on reception to engineers excellent company .

All the team worked efficiently and with care from the initial contact throught to completion of the work.

Contacted ST plumbers on a Sunday evening when the office was closed.I left a message on the answer phone and was contacted back within 5 minutes. Dan and his apprentice arrived the next day. They identified where the leak was coming from which was above the ceiling. Minimal disruption caused to mend the leak. Area of floor removed and then made good before they left. Invoice received day after which was a very fair and reasonable price for the excellent response time and level of service.

The guy from ST Plumbing arrived on time, introduced himself and explained everything at the beginning of the job & kept me informed at all stages. He was very polite clean and tidy. The workmanship is first class & they do care about you as a customer and the work they do, so nice to see a company that really does care. All in all a fantastic job and left me very very happy, just a great small family firm i would recomend.

We have had heating issues at my local club for a while. We rang ST Plumbing and Dan promptly came out assessed the situation and within days had provided us with a quote and a choice of dates to get the work done. Dan explained every step and put us at ease that the solution would work. STP came punctually on the day stated and had the work completed in a day. Dan pointed out some issues in the boiler room which we agreed to get sorted the following day. Everything from first contact with the office was faultless and very professional. On Saturday, during a function, people actually wanted to open doors to cool down the heating was so effective! Would recommend STP to anyone who has issues with any aspect of plumbing and heating

To get straight to the point, I would definitely give 5/5 for the work S T Plumbing have done for me. I had two jobs done by this company over the past couple of months, I did want to wait until I'd had the second job completed before I left my review. The initial job was to replace a flush system on my upstairs toilet, Lewis was incredibly professional with this job, the work he did was high quality and not rushed, and he was also very tidy. The second job was a bit more complicated as they needed to replace an old glazed clay pipe that had developed a drip with PVC. Again Dan and his apprentice (sorry, I forget your name) arrived at the time they gave me, were very informative and talked me through exactly what they were going to do. Once again they were tidy and took steps to make sure that nothing got damaged as this was quite an invasive job. On both counts, I found that after the jobs were completed, they had both done work that I hadn't expected them to do, but in both cases it was much appreciated. I would definitely use this company again, I really do struggle to think of any negatives, everything from getting someone out to get the original quote all the way through to completing the job and payment was painless, excellent communication and they were accommodating to my days off. Definitely a breath of fresh air when unfortunately it can be hard to find tradesmen with this level of professionalism. Thank you.

STP came recommended by a family member, who had used them previously,and who'd had a friend recommend to them. Start to finish very polite, proffessional and helpful. Excellent job done. Slight issue with leaking waste/ trap after taps replaced but came back next day to sort, no problem. It had been leaking slightly un noticed by us for some time as badly fitted initially. Which was no real suprise as so many problems still coming to light years after we've had the kitchen replaced. We will be getting them back to fit a new waste and trap, and have a few other jobs we would like them to do, as we feel confident they will be done right....this time. Would have no hesitation in recommending and reasuring to know we have found a company that can be relied on.

Never used this company before but would highly recommend them. When I first rang and spoke to Claire she was so helpful and genuinely caring about my situation. Daniel came and explained what we needed and said Claire would ring with the price .It was before Christmas so she told me getting parts wasn't guaranteed . This was ok as it had to be done. Luckily the parts did arrive and Daniel came back and fitted them Spot on service, would highly recommend .

This was the first time we have used this company. The engineer (Daniel) arrived on time and was friendly guy. Our booking was handled by Claire who was polite and helpful. The service was completed without issue and we intend to use their services annually to look after our appliances. The price was also very competitive having reviewed around 5 different companies before proceeding with the work. A friend recommended them to me, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else.

We've used STP for the last few years to slowly replace poor quality plumbing work that we inherited when we bought our house. The latest chapter was the downstairs loo, which was leaking and had ruined the floor. The floor was karndene and runs throughout the downstairs so we were initially concerned that we might end up having to replace it everywhere, which would have been very costly! Dan came up with a great solution to box in the affected area of flooring rather than cutting it up. This meant the rest of the floor could stay down and we get a smart new downstairs loo. We're delighted with the results. Service and communications from the support team in the office was top notch as usual. Highly recommended.

From my initial enquiry through to completion of the work, ST Plumbing were friendly, polite and quick to respond, and gave me the distinct impression of good customer service. The radiator in question could not be replaced during the first visit, but the engineer explained the whys and wherefores clearly. A second appointment was made soon after and the work completed without fuss. We are new to the area so it's especially pleasing to find a local family firm who provide such good service. Having had issues with the pressure on the boiler keep dropping, and then losing our heating all together. The man who used to service our boiler for some reason couldn't fit us in this year after trying to contact him for days! I rang S T Plumbing who were the people who originally fitted the boiler. They couldn't fit me in for 3 weeks. But once I lost the heating, and I explained my hubby was working away and I couldn't get up into the loft to increase the pressure once he left for work. The lovely lady managed to get me in the following Wednesday. Thank goodness. A lovely young man turned up around 8.30, I explained what had happened and he said he knew what the issue was straight away. And off he went onto the loft. Within less than an hour, I had heating, water and a fully serviced boiler! And that's all I was charged for, the service. I couldn't believe how quick, clean and professional it all was. And honestly I couldn't thank him enough, it was so nice to be warm again. They're even recommended a new controller for the boiler as the one we have can be very temperamental.
