We had two new sinks by this company and we would definitely recommend them, they were really helpful when I was picking the sinks and taps, the man who put them in was tidy, and really chatty and answered all my questions.

We contacted ST Plumbing around 4.30pm, after coming home to a very cold house. They sent their engineer to us the next afternoon. The engineer advised us we required a new condensate pump, overflow pipe and socket. He managed to start our boiler temporarily before he left as so we had heating. The next day we received our written quote and to contact them if we wanted to go ahead, which we did. The part was ordered and received within a couple of days and fitted the next day. The service and work was carried out to a high standard. We would recommend S T Plumbing without hesitation.

I had a leaking hot water tap on the mixer unit on the kitchen sink. It was dripping regularly and was driving me crazy. I looked on trusted trader and found a highly recommended company I phoned them and they came to see me within a couple of days I was given two options Replace the whole unit or replace the cylinders in the taps As I wanted the dripping stopped I had the cylinders replaced which cured the problem I have since been in touch to ask about replacing the whole assembly and will have this done during the summer I cannot recommend the company highly enough. They were excellent throughout and will definitely use them again

Called as boiler was leaking and to have boiler serviced. Unfortunately the replacement part had to be ordered but S T PLUMBING & HEATING got on it quickly and made sure the service and repair was completed before Christmas. They are always quick to come out when called. So would recommend them.

Just as the annual service approached, a few days before Christmas, our thoroughly reliable 9 year old Ideal boiler decided it needed some attention. A call to ST Plumbing, when I described the symptoms, resulted in an estimate to respond within 48 hours. A particularly cold snap was at it's height so this was really good news. An update the next day confirmed we'd be seeing their engineer as promised, eithin48 hours of the initial call. It took just 2 hours to replace the faulty parts, re-boot the boiler, test it and give us back some heating and hot water. We've used ST Plumbing for almost 10 years now, and have never yet had anything except superb service from knowledgeable, efficient and polite personnel: in their office or attending site. The price has always remained reasonable too. We've recommended them to colleagues, friends and relatives on numerous occasions and will continue to do so.

From my initial call through to the replacement of my heating pump the service was excellent. Both Dan and Hannah were both amazing, demonstrating their in-depth technical knowledge and also carrying out the work with care and respect for our property. I would highly recommend.

First visit found that a part was needed so could not complete the service of my boiler. We have used ST Plumbing for about 10 years for a complete heating installation (and removing the old one) and for maintenance. When we moved house recently we asked the Harrogate company that had been servicing the heating system to check some issues. They were hopeless. One visit from Dan and the problems were sorted. ST is a good company with good staff that do good work for a fair price.

Plumber came and fixed a leaking pipe which was concealed in the ceiling under the floorboards. Was very pleasant and professional located the affected pipes quickly and the problem. Fixed the issue effectively and the work was completed in the time that was quoted from the initial inspection.

Installation of new radiators throughout.All the work was completed on time to a very high standard.Any issues are overcome and personal preferences are accommodated. All flooring areas were covered and everything were left tidy after completion. Good value for money.
