Samson Windows replaced all our windows (11 including two large bays) and doors (two standard and French windows which Jim designed especially to suit the style of the house) in August 2011. The service was excellent, his team are great and always prepared to do that little bit extra to make sure you are completely satisfied. Five years on everything looks as good, and works as well, as it did when it was first installed. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We were very satisfied with 10 replacement windows supplied last year, so this year asked Samson to rebuild a glazed, two storey bay which needed some structural work as well as the actual windows. The work was done on time, and to budget, We also recommended Samson to our neighbours who are also satisfied.

We purchased replacement PVC doors and windows from Samson in 1994. 21 years later they were still providing reliable service, although by now the seals on a small number of weather facing glass panels had begun to fail. Having decided to opt for full replacement, we invited quotes from three local companies. We were impressed by Jim's patient guidance and advice, in particular his willingness to climb ladders just to demonstrate options for the glass inserts. Having chosen Samson we were pleasantly surprised how little impact the installation had on the interior decor. A glitch with the front door was dealt with in a timely fashion, without quibble.
