John and his team responded on the same day, they managed to do the repair on the same day. The team were very polite and respectful. The price was a lot less than I expected it to be. John gave assurances that if there was any problems he would return free of charge.

John responded within minutes to my request for him to come and give me an estimate for repairs to two hip ridges on our roof. He was very pleasant and gave helpful advice and his written quotation was, I felt, very reasonable. Communication was excellent throughout, his men were pleasant and polite, did a good job and cleared up after themselves. Before sending his invoice a few days later John called us to check that we were happy with the work that had been done. We are glad to have discovered Saxon roofers, will use them again if we need any roof work done and we are happy to recommend them.

Saxon Roofing responded quickly to an emergency call out regarding a leak. John and team responded quickly and found the source of the leak, making a temporary fix. They returned to do a complete roof overhaul, replacing cracked tiles, raking out and cementing all ridge tiles, checking and repairing valleys,etc The team worked hard all day and I am confident that the work is to a high standard. John provided me with a quotation following an arrangement to meet at my house. He did not do the sales pitch but was open honest and transparent suggesting materials he would use. Following acceptance of the quote John and his team arrived as agreed and undertook the replacement of gutters, soffits and facias. Following further inspection of the ridge tiles and valleys I agreed that he undertook the necessary maintenance and agreed an increase on the original quote. His team were punctual diligent and committed to completing the works to a high quality and tidying after themselves. I had some problems with my roof verged and reached out to Saxon Roofing. John was really responsive and answered my enquiries promptly. Saxon Roofing team arrived when they said they would. The team were cheerful, friendly and professional. They replaced some slate tiles that had blown off in the recent storms and made good the flashing on one chimney. They even removed a part-scaffolding board from our roof gutter. Saxon Roofing did a fantastic job and were professional throughout. They came out in an emergency after storm Darragh caused a gable wall to collapse on our extension roof. They worked at the weekend in terrible conditions to clear away the rubble and then to waterproof the extension so that the gable end could be repaired. Once that was done they replaced the roof and did a really good job. It's as new. They provided all the paperwork we needed to deal with the insurance company (LV) who were being really difficult and uncooperative. We'd highly recommend this firm.

Saxon called out the next day after first contacting them to assess a chimney breast leak. Stephen and Steven identified the problem straight away. I also asked them to check for any other possible issues. They identified ridge tiles needed some repointing as well, but the rest of the flat roof on loft conversion and bay window were absolutely fine. They took photos and explained the problems and what was needed to fix them. Carried out the work there and then, Steven and Stephen were both efficient, friendly and informative. Saxon roofing attended 24/12/24. A price was agreed and the work was carried out on the repair and completed in about 45 minutes with the seal between me and my neighbour's house reattached. I would recommend Saxon Roofing.

Saxon roofing are a fuss free professional outfit who did an excellent job resetting our roof ridge tiles. They arrived early, grafted non-stop all day and cleaned up afterwards. Really very satisfied with the work and fair price.

Saxon Roofing did some work on our roof last summer and did a really good job. No hard sell, did exactly what they said they would do for a fair price. Yesterday we had torrential rain and water was pouring from my elderly neighbours gutters. She contacted me very distressed, so I called John at Saxon roofing to see if he could help. Although busy, in view of my neighbours age and anxiety, John managed to send somebody this morning to take a look. The chaps fixed the problem there and then. As Chairman of the Boxing Club in Lodge Lane, we appointed Saxon to repair a 140 year old roof which was leaking badly. John and his crew did an absolutely amazing job, to budget, on time, with limited upheaval to the club and we cannot praise him enough. The club now functions without any leaks and we would recommend him without hesitation to anybody. It was a difficult job as it comprised of a flat and a pitched roof, but Saxon roofing took this all in their stride. Well done Saxon roofing!

I have used Saxon Roofing three times and have found them to be a consistently excellent. Following a leak in my bay window during a storm they came the next day and sealed the bay roof. It was an old roof that was causing repeated problems so I consulted with the company for a major overhaul. It was decided to replace the roof with lead and fit a proper facia and a guttering system to stop water cascading down the outside window. Within three days the work was done to a very high standard. I found the workmen very pleasant and helpful and they worked hard and very efficiently. They kept every commitment they made and honoured every date and time they said they would do the work. I have every confidence this roof will not cause anymore problems.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend John and his team . We had water dripping through a bedroom ceiling after heavy rainfall. Several other companies had suggested possible causes and carried out work . Unfortunately this was not successful and we had almost given up ! Saxon however persisted until the problem was solved. Thanks once again.

He was very prompt in returning my call understood the concerns and issues re: my mother. He arranged a visit for the following day, keeping myself updated via mobile.
