We offer convenient one hour arrival slots to make things easy for you and all works are fully insured & guaranteed for 12 months.

We are Worcester Bosch Accredited Installers and Edinburgh's largest independent domestic installer of Worcester boilers.

Scott Findlay Plumbing & Heating Engineers - recently fitted and installed a new boiler & thermostat & CO2 detector for us. I highly recommend them. They were prompt, friendly and competitive in price. Everything (cherry picker, old boiler pickup etc) turned up on time and the process was seamless. Simon who did installation was great, prompt, friendly and answered our questions. Great service/communication from Claire also, very happy.

Great service from initial face to face consultation on all options to final delivery. Combo boiler replaced, water tank removed, header tank disconnected, 6 rads resized and fitted, toilet replaced, WiFi thermostat fitted plus new controller fitted. Team were on time, polite, very tidy and considerate. Job was explained at every stage, we were consulted as needed. Budget was as discussed and submitted promptly. I can only recommend Scott and the team, they are without exception friendly, helpful and professional. Any very small issues were dealt with quickly and effectively.

Scott Findlay met with us twice before submitting his quote and these sessions were highly informative and provided real assurance that the design and installation had been thought through fully. Subsequently we were very pleased with the quality of the implementation of the works which were completed within the planned timeline. Both Kenneth and David were very responsive and accommodating in regard to the complexity of the pipe runs and the other aspects of the installation. Their quote was competitive across the three tenderers involved. Claire kept us informed throughout.

We chose Scott Findlay because he gave us a much more thorough assessment of the work to be done than the other firms - with a price that was still in line with them. Good communication and planning really set this firm apart. There weren't any of the missing parts, delays, or undeclared changes that we'd come to dread when getting a big job done. Everyone was pleasant throughout, keen to make sure we knew what was going on, and very tidy.

I was impressed by every stage of the installation of my new boiler, beginning with Scott's expert advice. The quotation included additional work that I wanted - and all for a very competitive price. The standards of the equipment supplied and the workmanship were very high, and the work was done on schedule. Based on reviews, we called Scott Findlay for a quote when our boiler was on the way out and decided to go with the company the next day. We were not disappointed. The company could teach many bigger companies something about customer service. The quote was reasonable and we were kept informed at every step. Disruption was minimised despite the fact that we had to have new pipes laid. Times were kept to and all tradesmen sent by the company were pleasant And knowledgeable. We felt totally at ease with the whole project. We especially appreciated that the company made sure every tradesperson knew not to let our cats out. The attention to detail was fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

New boiler with all the trimmings, and bath taps & silicone sealant replaced over 2 days, all done to high standard and with a high quality service. We'd had a Scott Findlay engineer visit us before - boiler troubles - and it was great when the same engineer, Kevin, walked through the door. The whole process from start to finish was really easy and straightforward, from dealing with Claire Findlay via e-mail/telephone, to John's home visit to make sure we knew what would be taking place to Kevin's great work on the installation itself. All in all, a top quality service from a highly recommended local business.
