Mark was a personal recommendation, he came to give the estimate on time, gave us lots of ideas of things to consider, using his own expertise. Mark came several times to check samples, and collect keys. As this was a small bathroom Mark did the work whilst we were on holiday, looked after the house and watered the plants. He sent us photos as it progressed and checked details. Friends and family popped in while we were away and even though we weren’t there it was always clean and tidy. As a surprise Mark decorated the bathroom so that it was fully complete when we came home. He even washed the floors of the areas he had been working on. The results are excellent, professional job, with fabulous attention to details in his workmanship. Wouldn’t hesitate to have him do my kitchen when I change it soon.

Mark carried out a bathroom modernisation in our old house with sloping floors, difficult ceiling and uneven walls. He did not always agree with what we wanted, but after discussion did everything we wanted and was flexible and effective, responding to any problems that arose. He carried out the work on time, within budget (in fact it was less), without any fuss and was always tidy.

Mark completed all the work (a complete bathroom installation) to a very high standard. He was very accommodating to minimise disruption and overcame complications with the work with a cheerful and determined attitude. Any changes or decisions were discussed with us first and everything was left perfectly clean and tidy. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use him for future works.

Mark arrived to carry out work on bathroom refit, which turned out to be a rebuild! I cannot rate Mark highly enough on all aspects of the work carried out, his workmanship, professionalism, yet friendly, patient ,keep calm no matter what attitude kept me sane. Whatever the job threw at him, it was never a problem just a solution, which he always talked through with me, making sure I fully understood any available options. No matter how late he worked, he always left the place clean and tidy. My bathroom is fabulous, totally unrecognisable from its former state and has been much admired by family and friends, one of whom has already got Mark refitting her bathroom. I would not hesitate in recommending him to others or using him again myself in the future, cannot thank him enough.

Mark installed a mobility bathroom for my elderly mother. He walked us through all options and then designed, ordered and installed the bathroom in a way that made a big project feel easy. It was quite a complex job at times, but Mark always found a solution and was very friendly and sensitive to my mother's needs. Always on time, tidy and completely reliable. Highly recommended.

Replacing an existing shower room into a wet room. Mark arrived on time every day always cheery although he encountered unexpected problems he informed us of these and dealt with them, without causing any worries to us. His work was completed to a very high standard that impressed us. Each day he tidied and cleared away leaving us nothing to do afterwards.
