Wow! What a great team Austyn Sam and Josh are! They carried out a full replacement of windows and two doors, they also removed an old glass conservatory for us and I cannot sing their praise high enough! Very professional with attention to detail and quality top notch! And they even cleaned up after themselves too. I can and will thoroughly recommend these guys and will be using them again for other works we have planned, great job guys can’t thank you enough for the job you have done for us.

Highly professional and the work is completed to a very high standard. The lads cleaned up afterwards amazingly I wouldn't have known they had been in. Not a spec of dust anywhere. Everything was explained fully and I was notified on everything before it needed to happen. My home is lovely and warm, plus looks pretty. I don't have to worry about my house safety anymore. I feel so safe in my own home you can't put a price on that. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys they are truly brilliant. The lads are trustworthy and my little one responded really well to them being around. They are genuinely lovely people that are up for a laugh and are even happier if you have plenty of coffee on tap. Couldn't sing these guys praises enough. Truly amazing

More new windows & 2 doors required at my Mum's property, so instead of shopping around we just contacted Secure A Home as they had already carried out works at the property last year. Once you find good trades people then we tend to stay with them. Good price, payment spilt so that the first payment secures the job & materials can be ordered with the outstanding amount required once work done. Then date & time is agreed between us. They arrive when they say that they will arrive. Clean up after themselves also they take away the old windows so that Mum & I don't have to worry how we would do. I contacted Secure A Home for a quote for new windows and front door on my parents behalf for their bungalow. They were understanding to their needs, caring and professional throughout. The quote was thorough and all questions we had answered in a timely manner. The dates given for installation were kept to with Austyn and Josh being on time each day. The installation went well and nothing was too much trouble, they were respectful of my parent’s property and tided up each day before they left (they even had their own hoover). Our second job done by this company. I couldn't rate them highly enough. The job was removing an old conservatory. Redoing brickwork. Replacing with an all weather roof and new windows and frames etc. But this is just a snapshot of the fantastic work done. Nothing was too much trouble. So clean, tidy and helpful.

Secure A Home (SAH) replaced our Patio Door and our Front Door last year (2022). As they did an excellent job with these, we asked SAH to replace all our windows, a side door, fascias, soffits and guttering. We knew this would be a fairly large and disruptive job, but the SAH team handled everything and kept the disruption to a minimum. It was a real stress-free experience. The quality of the work carried out was excellent. You could tell they took pride in what they did and we were especially impressed with the effort they put into those small but very important finishing touches. Even though the weather was poor at times, they just pushed on and delivered to the scheduled timescale. The work was also completed within the quoted price. They cleaned and cleared up at the end of every day so it didn’t feel like you were living in the middle of a building site at the end of the day. The whole process from the initial contact, the survey, product selection, installation and payment was very painless. They kept us informed at every stage and just got one with it. You could tell that they worked really well together as a team. All the products are fully guaranteed. We contacted SAH regarding a small front door issue installed last year and they came out straight away and fixed it. So there doesn’t appear to be any issue with their after service. One point to note, payment is made by bank transfer only. We have already recommended them to a friend.

We are repeat customers and we couldn’t recommend them enough. From making contact with Jess in the office to aystin coming and completing the works we cannot say a bad word about them. They are polite, clean, tidy, professional. We had 5 upvc windows and a new door replaced and they have been fitted really well. On the plus side my house no longer drops below 16oc at night whereas with the old windows it was dropping to 12oc at night so that is a massive difference for us. Highly recommend the company
