There is nothing bad to say about this company. This is the 3rd time I have used Secure a Home for my windows and doors. Quotes are prompt and have a full description of the work to be carried out. Communication all the way through is excellent. Work was completed on the day given, they arrived on time and left the site clean and tidy. The team are friendly and very professional, taking time to explain what they will be doing and how to operate the doors and windows once installed. Prices were as quoted and and very competitive. I did have a problem with a door handle more than a year after it was installed, it was a faulty part so nothing to do with the installation, they came the following day, changed the handle and no charge was made, just profuse apologies for the inconvenience. It’s unusual to find companies as good as this one, they are outstanding. The work is excellent, the team are professional the prices are good. Highly recommend.

Contacted Secure A Home for advice on replacing a window. The adviser was helpful, knowledgeable and was able to provide what was needed. It was easy to arrange a suitable date for installation. The fitter arrived on time. He was polite, careful, efficient and professional. When all was completed he cleared up so there was no dust etc. Would not hesitate to use Secure a Home again.

From start to finish all the team from 'Secure A Home' worked to a very high standard and has offered 100% customer satisfaction. From the day Austyn came out to quote for the work they were superb, professional, tidy, with nothing too much trouble and the end product is amazing I am delighted with my new Cream Windows and Doors. I had two doors and three large windows replaced. Two of the windows were very complex and demanding. The price was very competitive and completion dates met. Costs were made clear and adhered to. The work was approached with great planning and care. The finishing was meticulous and clearing up was carried out as the job progressed. Everyone was courteous and friendly making the whole experience a happy one.

Secure a Home fitted a new bay window for us. It was a whole day job and they never stopped working all day. Could not fault them. Absolutely delighted with our replacement conservatory roof. The company is professional, can stoned service and communication second to none. Attention to detail was superb and they were meticulous about tidying up. Price was very competitive and we have asked them to complete further work. They were a pleasure to have working in the house and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

From dealing with Jess over WhatsApp to Austyn with the measuring, absolutely stress free. All questions answered and advice offered. No hard sell or sales baloney at any point. Catalogue provided for the Solidor composite doors to browse through. Only slightly more than other business quotes, due to extra work involved...otherwise these guys are right on the money. The guys turn up when they say they will and work in all weather. Absolutely brilliant people to deal with. It's made a massive difference to our house. The heating is hardly ever on now. 100% recommend. Good vibe from them.

I honestly can’t recommend Secure A Home highly enough and as I told them, I think they’re the best contractor I have ever used! We had been struggling to get 4 wooden windows repaired for 16 months and not even the manufacturers, who came 3 times to try and fix them, could get it right. We found Secure A Home because of their glowing reviews and even though it was a tricky repair, they made it look easy and we finally have working sash windows again. Austyn and his team were super professional, did great quality work and were even great with our young children (who became huge fans!). Once the work was completed, they even went round and cleaned all the windows, making them look new. Austyn and Jess were a pleasure to work with. Communication was clear and responses were always quick. They were very reasonably priced and the workmanship is second to none. We will next be getting them round for a new front door. If you have any window or door requirements, look no further! Thanks again guys, huge weight off my shoulders!
