Hi, our names are Austyn and Jess and we are a husband and wife team who own a small company called Secure A Home.
We have been trading since August 2016.
Austyn has a wealth of knowledge in the industry as he has been fitting doors and windows for over 20 years.
We have a facebook page with an array of photos and reviews of our work, and we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and excellent customer service.
We have joined forces with HomePro to provide our valued customers extra piece of mind with an insurance backed guarantee.
We are also members of Certass, meaning we can provide out customers with a certificate of work after installation.

Absolutely delighted with our replacement conservatory roof. The company is professional, can stoned service and communication second to none. Attention to detail was superb and they were meticulous about tidying up. Price was very competitive and we have asked them to complete further work. They were a pleasure to have working in the house and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

From dealing with Jess over WhatsApp to Austyn with the measuring, absolutely stress free. All questions answered and advice offered. No hard sell or sales baloney at any point. Catalogue provided for the Solidor composite doors to browse through. Only slightly more than other business quotes, due to extra work involved...otherwise these guys are right on the money. The guys turn up when they say they will and work in all weather. Absolutely brilliant people to deal with. It's made a massive difference to our house. The heating is hardly ever on now. 100% recommend. Good vibe from them.

I honestly can’t recommend Secure A Home highly enough and as I told them, I think they’re the best contractor I have ever used! We had been struggling to get 4 wooden windows repaired for 16 months and not even the manufacturers, who came 3 times to try and fix them, could get it right. We found Secure A Home because of their glowing reviews and even though it was a tricky repair, they made it look easy and we finally have working sash windows again. Austyn and his team were super professional, did great quality work and were even great with our young children (who became huge fans!). Once the work was completed, they even went round and cleaned all the windows, making them look new. Austyn and Jess were a pleasure to work with. Communication was clear and responses were always quick. They were very reasonably priced and the workmanship is second to none. We will next be getting them round for a new front door. If you have any window or door requirements, look no further! Thanks again guys, huge weight off my shoulders!

Secure a Home fitted a 4.8 metre set of bifold doors for us (6 panes) into an extension we were having built. We are thrilled with the result they look amazing. We have also had a front door, surround and canopy fitted later and again we are really pleased. Very easy to communicate with, very reliable (come when they say)and the after sales service has been spot on. This company were recommended to me by a friend, and I would pass on my 100 recommendation.

Beautiful Cottage Windows and Doors

We had 22 windows and 3 doors that needed replacing in our draughty old cottage. We were nervous about using upvc as the original windows were wood and we didn't want to loose the character of the house, but are absolutely over the moon with the results. The house is warm and cosy now and the difference in road noise has been dramatic. We were kept informed from start to finish by Austyn, Jess and the team and everything went like clockwork. There was minimal mess and very little disruption for such a big job. Everyone was hard working, friendly, and very professional, we couldn't have asked for more. (Someone even came out on Christmas eve to rectify a small problem with a door lock.) We are more than happy to recommend Secure A Home and will definitely use them in the future.

The team at Secure A Home Ltd were very professional when they came to quote for the work done. I booked the installation and they arrived as expected and the workers could not have been more diligent and professional. The job took longer than expected but the fitters remained until the job was completed and made sure they left the area absolutely spotless. One can only hope that all trade companies had such diligent, courteous and professional staff.
