Ollie was brilliant. He fitted the stair lift. Even had to adapt it as the surveyor had measured wrong. Ollie explained everything clearly and answered all our questions. Very polite.

Dan and Jonny came to fit the stairlift on 21st July very professional Tradesmen neat and very tidy couldn't tell they had been in the house so tidy I would recommend them to everybody. I would give them 100 percent but it's not enough I think it's should be 110 percent plus thank you very much.

Superb service from Senior Stairlifts Dan , engineer was reassuring, respectful and kind. As a wheelchair user trapped upstairs by broken stair lift I appreciated his efficiency and trustworthiness. Dan kept me informed of his progress and fixed the problem. Katie in the office was also excellent, went out of her way to get my lift fixed on the same day. Highly recommend this company

Very helpful on the phone when existing stairlift stopped working. Agreed to have old one removed, new one fitted. Ollie phoned to let us know when he would be with us. He was a friendly,efficient technician. Ollie removed our old lift and fitted a reconditioned one, working quickly and skilfully, then cleaning up.

Aaron recommended a reconditioned stairlift because parts to repair my existing one are no longer available. He quickly and efficiently removed the existing stairlift and dealt with the paperwork for the new installation. Aaron has a charming manner and it was a pleasure chatting with him while doing the paperwork. I look forward to having the replacement stairlift fitted by the company whose high standards Aaron represents.

Just had a refurbished stairlift fitted by Senior stairlifs. The engineer "Ollie" telephoned with an ETA. Arrived on time, explained what he would be doing and that there would no mess for me to clean up. The entire job took about 1 1/2 hours, then Ollie demonstrated how to use the stairlift. He was very professional throughout. I would recommend this firm to others.

I found the company through Google, and within half an hour they had already contacted me. The very next day they sent out a surveyor, and within just four days my stairlift was installed. They gave me lots of options to choose from and there was absolutely no pressure at any stage, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision. The workman, Reece, arrived on time and worked quietly and efficiently throughout. He was always patient, polite, and made sure I was completely happy before he left.

Ollie came to service my stairlift after two years of use. There was nothing to complain about in those two years and nothing to complain about Ollie's work. It was a service done with good manners and no idle chatter from him though probably from me as I offered him a cold drink and mini magnum due to the heat outside.. I can't comment on the work done as I'm not qualified but when I next used it, the lift was certainly quieter. Ollie didn't waste a minute and was very polite and friendly. I hope to see him again - in another scheduled visit. He rang before he came and was on time with his forecast arrival. Ollie is a credit to the company ... give him a raise !!!
