Just had a refurbished stairlift fitted by Senior stairlifs. The engineer "Ollie" telephoned with an ETA. Arrived on time, explained what he would be doing and that there would no mess for me to clean up. The entire job took about 1 1/2 hours, then Ollie demonstrated how to use the stairlift. He was very professional throughout. I would recommend this firm to others.

I found the company through Google, and within half an hour they had already contacted me. The very next day they sent out a surveyor, and within just four days my stairlift was installed. They gave me lots of options to choose from and there was absolutely no pressure at any stage, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision. The workman, Reece, arrived on time and worked quietly and efficiently throughout. He was always patient, polite, and made sure I was completely happy before he left.

Ollie came to service my stairlift after two years of use. There was nothing to complain about in those two years and nothing to complain about Ollie's work. It was a service done with good manners and no idle chatter from him though probably from me as I offered him a cold drink and mini magnum due to the heat outside.. I can't comment on the work done as I'm not qualified but when I next used it, the lift was certainly quieter. Ollie didn't waste a minute and was very polite and friendly. I hope to see him again - in another scheduled visit. He rang before he came and was on time with his forecast arrival. Ollie is a credit to the company ... give him a raise !!!

Senior Stairlifts recently removed a stairlift that was no longer needed. As a company, we would be delighted to recommend them from the first contact through to completion. Rachel who I spoke with in the office on a couple of occasions was extremely professional, kind and friendly to chat with and explained everything I needed to know. It was Carl who came to remove the stairlift and was prompt, efficient, pleasant to have in the house and did an excellent job taking care to ensure that everything was left clean and tidy. The removal was very efficiently done. We were kept in touch about the times of the visit as promised. We were given a very fair price for the stairlift which we know will now have it's component parts put to good use to help someone else. Thank you Senior Stairlifts, we highly recommend you.

Great friendly conversations from the first phone call. Really fill you with confidence. No hard sell whatsoever, just listen to your needs and advise. Got what I thought was a good price for exactly what we wanted. Reece who fitted on the day worked extremely hard and demonstrated thoroughly with myself and my 89 yr old father. Aaron arrived on time, introduced himself, and he was very polite. Aaron worked nonstop despite me offering him a drink on more than one occasion, he politely declined and carried on Aaron demonstrated how the lift operated with emphasis on the safety features, including the manual procedure if the stairlift failed, using the handheld tool and asked me to operate the lift to ensure I fully understood his instructions by using the arm-mounted controls Aaron explained how the remote controls worked to both my son and me. Aaron mounted the remote control housings adjacent to the two-way light switches at the top and bottom of the stars making it easy to locate and use. Aaron emailed me the completed invoice showing that I had paid in full Aaron is a credit to your company.

We recommend Senior Stairlifts as highly as possible. In every way they have been exceptional from the first call of the representative, the following survey and finally the installation. The engineers worked patiently, tidily with obviously high standards of workmanship. They also gave us valuable advice on a placement of the chair. We did have a problem following installation and this was dealt with promptly and expertly with follow up calls. We have a 3 storey house which is now we hope future proofed for our use into the future. Do not hesitate to use this company, we are sure you will not be disappointed .

We opted for this company after having been disappointed by our initial choice of supplier. Whilst initially frustrated with the timescales for manufacturing, the communication with the company was excellent. The survey was very comprehensive. Fitting was very impressive - with an emphasis on precision & programming of the seat balance & travel along the rail. Final tuning to ensure my exact fitting was thorough & impressive. Steve & Jordan impressed us with their product knowledge, attention to detail &, of great importance to my wife, fully respectful of our property - including a thorough vacuuming before they left. No qualms in recommending this company. The fitters were exceptional &, assuming the product/system is as good, then I will be sitting pretty.
