We arranged got my elderly mothers stairlift to be removed and I was called beforehand to inform me of an ETA and Carl (removal man) was polite, courteous and explained what the process was in removing the lift. Excellent service from start to finish ending with a smile from Carl the removal operator

I wish to congratulate Jason & Steve from Senior Stairlifts for the excellent work carried out at my home fitting a replacement stair lift after the one I had for 8 yrs became a write off. The time taken by Jason to advise me on different options I could take after trying his best to repair my original chair was fantastic . No pressure selling at all at all times behaving like a real respectful gentlemen. As I had been unable to use my stair lift since Saturday 27/9/2025 to hear i could have my new one fitted the next afternoon was brilliant. Steve came to fit it as planned another gentleman really explaing things well about my new lift. Worked really well & fitted my lift ensuring it was of a good standard & new how to use it as this was more automatic than my last one. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone if you want facts not fiction & be treated with respect no matter how old you are need a stair lift repair or advice this is the company to use.

Sincere thanks to the technical and office admin teams, and to Steven who fitted a stairlift for my Mum. Excellent advice to establish the best solution for their complicated staircase and landing, together with other more cost effective options offered. Communication with Senior Stairlifts has been outstanding throughout - polite, helpful, prompt - never pushy. The product itself is excellent, discreet, caused minimal disruption in the installation, and ultimately Mum is delighted with the difference it has made to her day-to-day life. Steven the fitter was excellent and ensured that Mum was completely happy with the lift before he left. No issues at all in the month since installation.

Carl attended my dad’s property to remove his stairlift. He arrived on time and had the lift out in no time. The property was left like it had never been installed. He even fluffed all the carpet back up! Lovely, friendly guy, highly recommend.

We had the engineer Carl come and remove a stairlift for us. He was polite, helpful and worked quickly. He left the area clean and tidy and phoned before he arrived to let us know he was on his way. We were really happy with the service.

Carl came to remove a stairlift in a house we had recently moved to. Carl was great from start to finish, he was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He removed the stairlift quickly and with minimal mess. He also helped tidy up where the screws had been drilled into the stairs and hallway floor. Thanks for everything Carl.

Carl was very efficient, fast and nice. He phoned beforehand so I knew when to expect him, and even made good where the carpet had been flattened by the stairlift. Thank you!

Unfortunately after he left, the power circuit popped. Seems a wire was left loose in the power switch when the stairlift was disconnected. Otherwise fine.

I needed a stairlift fitted urgently. Reece came to see me and returned the following day to fit the stairlift. He was friendly, helpful, and considerate. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Carl, who works for Senior Stairlifts, came to remove my mum’s stairlift as, unfortunately, she had passed away. He was personable, professional, and did a quick and efficient job, even using a roller on the carpet to fluff up the pile where necessary. Would highly recommend-thank you, Carl.

Contacted Senior Stairlifts to come and check my faulty stairlift. Very pleased with the phone call because of the friendly polite person at the company. He explained call out prices etc and arranged a date for an engineer to call. On the day an engineer "Shaun" called to say he would be calling in 40 minutes. He arrived on time, introduced himself and asked me about the problem with the chair. He checked everything and explained the problem/s he found. I decided to purchase a replacement chair after discussing various solutions. I received a receipt of purchase and also a date for an engineer to call. Two days later I had a phone call from engineer Reece to inform me what time he would call. He arrived on time and got down to work straightaway. Very friendly, knowledgeable and polite. The replacement chair was fitted in no time at all. Reece xplained the controls and watched me use the lift. Overall a very professional and friendly service from both engineers Shaun and Reece, not forgetting my original phone call.

Carl, the removal guy, phoned an hour before as promised and arrived promptly. Quickly assessed the job and removed the lift and rails within an hour! Pleasant and friendly to deal with. Highly recommend to anyone needing to get a stair lift removed.

Absolutely fantastic service by Senior Stairlifts! Carl the Engineer rang me when he was half an hour away, turned up when he said he would, and removed 6 stairlifts in record time! Not only that, he removed them so expertly that you would never know that any stairlifts had been fitted- 100% Top Fella, and also had a great attitude! I couldn’t be happier!

Booked online to remove stairlift left by previous owners. Got everything done smothly. Sue really helped to keep my appointment on time. Surprised by the efficiency and quick removal by Carl. Really impressed just in 30/40 minutes he removed stairlift. Love it ❤️.

Carl was a star, called to say when he would arrive, arrived on time, removed stairlift with no issues/damage, worked his magic on the stair carpet and gave a good tip on getting the carpet looking good again, took bank details, money in account within an hour.
