Carl from Senior Stair Lifts removed my stairlift this morning; he did a fantastic job; nothing was too much trouble for him. He did the job with ease, leaving everything in great condition, going above and beyond. Would definitely recommend this company, great from start to finish.

After doing research and reading reviews of this and other companies, I’m glad I chose Senior Stairlifts to install a stairlift for my husband. From the initial survey to the installation, I felt they were all very competent, skilled at what they do. Also, that help & service was on hand should there be a problem, which there hasn’t been. Jordon fitted the stairlift, took much less time than I expected, and simply and clearly demonstrated how to use it. I definitely recommend this company!

We contacted them on the 21st to enquire about them purchasing a stairlift from us as we were clearing father’s house. Very friendly and we agreed on a price on the 23rd. On the 24th, Carl (removals) turned up and had the job done in under half an hour. Carl was brilliant, friendly, and very efficient. He is a real asset to the company. Excellent service provided by Carl, who came to remove my stairlift. Phoned an hour before to say he was on his way & arrived on time. Very efficient, quick service & he removed the stairlift without leaving any mess, in fact you’d never know there was one. Thoroughly recommend this company & Carl, of course!

Carl came to take out a stairlift from my mother’s house. He politely called the evening before to arrange a time. He introduced himself on arrival. He efficiently removed the stairlift and kindly put the handrail back up. He gave me advice on how to get the carpet looking back to its former state too. My husband’s stairlift had broken down so called senior Stairlifts who came out so quickly however was unable to fix so arranged for new one to be fitted. The installer was Reece he was so polite and very friendly and very efficient and made sure everything was working correctly.I am so very pleased with the service from start to finish would highly recommend senior Stairlifts.

From my first telephone call to the final completion of my request to remove a stair lift, I was impressed with the service. Carl (Removals) was polite, friendly, and efficient. As advised, I was contacted before arrival, but my mobile had an internet glitch and I didn’t receive the call. Carl contacted Sue in the office, who used WhatsApp, and I met Carl as agreed. The stair lift was removed promptly with respect for the property and without any damage. All round A1* service.

I am a 75-year-old disabled man and was struggling with my stairs until my wife fell down the stairs, breaking her leg. We decided to get a stairlift, and after contacting 4 companies, we settled on Senior Stairlifts. It was a great decision, they carefully measured not only the stairs but my wife and me as well. They ensured that there was enough room for our legs to clear the post at the top of the stairs (unlike another company which said we needed £2000 worth of carpentry work). The stairlift was fitted within a week. The fitter did a lovely job and cleaned up after his work. The stairlift has really improved the quality of our life, and Senior Stairlifts were a pleasure to deal with, giving us just what we wanted at a fair price without any pressure. They simply explained my options, left me the literature, and phoned the next day as arranged, and we were happy to agree on our deal. Two very happy customers, a job well done.

Carl removed the stairlift quickly and quietly. He avoided making any marks on my walls or skirting boards and left the hall, staircase and landing spotless. Then he used a magic gizmo to restore the carpet pile where it had been compressed by the stairlift fixings. Brilliant service and excellent customer experience. Thanks

This company was excellent from start to finish. No problem with the measurements despite other companies stating otherwise. The installation engineers, Reece and Jordan T, arrived on schedule and completed the job on time. Reece is a very experienced and positive-thinking engineer who overcame any little snags that cropped up. The lift is a godsend for my wife and I would have no problem recommending this company.

Senior Stairlifts responded quickly & professionally to my enquiry & gave me a quote & a date to get the stairlift removed. Carl phoned the day before to confirm the time of arrival & removed the stairlift, he asked about where removal would cause damage to the wallpaper before doing anything & he was polite & friendly & got on with the job quickly.

Carl did a great job with the dismantling and removing of my parent's stairlift. Arrived on time, alerting us to his imminent arrival. No messing. Very efficient and tidy. An altogether decent bloke. Went the extra mile and ensured the carpet was left neat and tidy having removed the wiring. His former time spent as a carpet fitter came in handy! Thank you.
