Shane Perry Aerial and Satellite Services established by myself in 2006 with over 30 years experience in the industry and with this knowledge I will be able to provide excellent advice and support.

I offer a wide range of services, new tv aerials and satellite dishes, dish upgrades, repairs to existing installations, tv wall mounting, additional tv and satellite points, wifi extensions and set up of new equipment.

I am also member of the CAI (aerial industry trade body) and Trading Standards Approved scheme both which requires you to pass a rigorous vetting process looking at having suitable insurance, heath and safety procedures, background checks, customer reviews and conformity to the latest trading standard regulations.

I have a long list of clients including Cornwall Housing, Housing associations, various holiday parks and hotels throughout Cornwall and a number of local electrical contractors.

We needed two TVs to be wall mounted in bedrooms with significant trunking required through the walls. Shane was amazing. He was so professional and really made sure that everything would work brilliantly eg by fitting an aerial booster to ensure we didn’t experience a loss of signal strength in the bedrooms. He also worked collaboratively with our electrician to get the power to the TVs. He used top quality wall mountings and the TVs look great. He even tuned them in for us and got them connected to the internet so we could literally start watching immediately. He’s a lovely man too. Very considerate and respectful. He completely cleaned up after the job and most impressively automatically wears shoe coverings without being asked. (These little things matter!). We’re very pleased with the result and although he wasn’t cheap, we absolutely got what we paid for - plus he guarantees his work for a year. You can’t go wrong!

We live in an area with mixed aerial reception and have used four different 'engineers' in the last 9 years since we moved in. Each one has fitted a different aerial with not always clear explanation as to what is going on. Freesat via satellite seemed like the best solution and I fitted a dish and receiver but struggled to get a signal. Shane was called out and he explained the reason behind the aerial issues and priced us for resolving it and aligning the dish. It wasn't cheap as a new aerial was needed because of water ingress but we were happy to have the situation sorted and we were impressed with his professionalism. We would highly recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

We've never had a great TV signal, and purchasing a new TV recently we could only get channels via WiFi. I'd heard from some friends that Shane was good at sorting out TV reception problems, so I looked him up and gave him a call. I'm glad I did. He came around, and soon sorted the problem. After carrying out some tests, he clearly explained what the problem was and what work was required to rectify it, including the cost. What I liked about Shaun, was there was no hard sell from him for you to agree for him to do the work. He was very professional and I'd definitely recommend him to anyone who needs their TV reception problems sorted.

We have used Shane Perry twice now; once in 2014 and then again this month. Our booster came off our aerial which is positioned on our chimney. We heard tales of some aerial service workers refusing to climb ladders when aerials were fairly high up! No such issue with Shane. He booked an appointment within a few days, came out on time and replaced the booster very promptly. We wondered if we needed a new aerial too, but he said ours was fine - so clearly not selling us products we didn't need. We found Shane to be pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient

Having tried to resolve the loss of aerial signal myself, and then discovered water coming down the aerial cable - it was time to call in the professionals! Shane was able to come within a few days and renew the whole cable on Victorian terrace. My daughter was in at the time and reported to me that all was working with new cable and connection box. An absolutely delightful man. Ten out of ten.
