Shane Perry offers a very efficient and personal service. My satellite signal stopped, I rang Shane and he came out the following day. He carries lots of spares on his van and fixed the problem on this visit. I can recommend him. I had a brand new Freesat system added onto another property three years ago, he did the work on this too. Very neat job, I was very happy.

We asked for Shane's services when we built a New Build in Tregony in 2016. We were delighted with his services, so we asked Shane to install another Ariel on our next New Build in Falmouth in 2018. Shane was called again in March 2020 to reposition an Ariel that was in our way during an extension we built in St Merryn. We would have no hesitation in recommending Shane to future customers and will be in contact on our next builds in Carnon Downs Truro.

Shane is a 'Trusted Trader' for me because he has visited us three times in the last 5 years for different jobs, such as installing a new satellite dish or rewiring a connection. Each time he has booked a date at reasonably short notice, turned up on time, completed the work efficiently and charged a reasonable price. What more could we ask?

I was having a very poor Freeview reception from the external aerial and distribution around the house, I suspected the external aerial was faulty. I phoned Shane Perry Aerial & Satellite Services and Shane arranged to call later that week. Shane arrived on time in the afternoon and inspected the tv and satellite system that I had, then he used his signal tester to quickly identify the problem, or rather three problems. Firstly, my distribution amplifier had gone faulty and needed replacing, then there was a high mobile phone signal interference present which he used a filter to remove and finally my satellite was being relayed on a satellite RF frequency that was picking up interference and so he moved that to another channel which was interference free. Now the reception is the best it has ever been. Shane emailed me an invoice which was very acceptable and I paid by bank transfer. Highly recommended.

He quickly diagnosed the fault with the satellite dish and replaced it immediately despite difficulties with access. Fantastic professional service at a very good price.

Shane installed a new aerial for our loft extension and was very helpful in initially surveying to check the best location long before the work was carried out (as we were still building the loft extension). Once he was ready to install the aerial it was very straightforward as we had already ascertained the correct position. Works fast and methodically, cleans and tidy's along the way- perfect! This was in fact the second job we got Shane to do as he was so impressive first time round with another aerial installation and testing of all co-ax sockets! Fairly priced and always on time.
