I called Prestige Plumbers to come and quote for some work for my Dad, replacing some kitchen and bathroom taps and replacing the inserts for a couple of toilets. From the start communication was great, they came out to quote sooner than arranged as they were in the area so called to see if they could come sooner. The quote was with us within a couple of days and the work was completed within two weeks of my first call. They showed us photos of the taps they would supply and explained everything they would do before sending the quote. They showed up on time, were friendly, clean and tidy with their work and have done a great job replacing and repairing the things my dad needed them to and making them much easier for him to use too. I always want to use local and family run businesses whenever I can, and this company, Prestige Plumbers were one such company. I rang on the afternoon on Friday and the following morning, Saturday, around 9.15 the plumber was at my front door. Luckily he had a set of taps in his van so he was able to sort my dripping taps out right then and there. He was polite and quiet, not talking his head off, which some engineers do, and to be honest it gets on my nerves, this guy was here to do a job and he got on with it. I would certainly use the company again, no doubt at all.

Really excellent service, from start to finish. I phoned the number and got a 'real person' answering! I was given a date to be given a quote. The plumber Jamie, arrived on time as arrange . He did a lovely job of both the kitchen tap and the bathroom cistern. All work completed quickly, everything was left clean and tidy. We couldn't fault him or the company Price as quoted. Local company, visited, quoted and explained the work required. On day of fitting, came out as arranged and completed the work. They were very courteous and efficient, and cleaned up afterwards. Truly a 5 star service!

All work completed satisfactorily completed within 24 hours of request despite not being urgent. Very impressed.

I had a new toilet and sink installed in my cloakroom. The plumber was pleasant and polite, and did his best to work as quietly as possible (I suffer from severe ME). I am very pleased with the new WC and sink.

Michael installed a new mixer tap in our bathroom wash basin (and removed the old one) - all done is half an hour. It just shows the difference when you have the right tools in expert hands! It's not many services that you call one day, you get a response that evening. someone arrives on time as agreed the next day, takes time to think about the problem and comes up with a solution, gets the part and fits it the same day!

We needed new taps and waste for bathroom basin. Work was completed exactly as we wanted and everything was left neat and tidy.

Have had two call outs in the last couple months, having recently lost my husband and as a senior citizen valued early response. Sharon in the office took my details and called me back within few mins. Engineer came within an hour on both occasions - once for shower not draining properly and today a downstairs loo failing to stop water flushing.
