Excellent service from initial call to completion of task. A leak from the loft was reported at eight thirty AM and Prestige Plumbers had visited and fixed the problem by mid-day. This is not the first time we have used PP and we will always use them in future as we have complete confidence in them. Thank you Prestige Plumbers once again for keeping us dry!

Prestige have done a large number of call outs (emergency and others) for me over the last 2 years. At all times they are professional, reliable and always able to solve the problem. The admin support from Sharon is excellent too. Always very quick response time and couldn't be more helpful. Reasonably priced for an excellent service. Highly recommend.

When I discovered the leak from my bathroom basin I thought I would have trouble getting through to a plumber and would probably have to wait days for a visit. Instead, a charming lady answered the phone immediately and within a few hours a very helpful plumber was on my doorstep. He soon diagnosed the problem and had the right replacements already on his van. It was all fixed in no time. I am so impressed by Prestige Plumbers. What a great service.

Called to fix a leak that had appeared in the last day, they set about removing the floorboards and locating the source. All prices clearly laid out and explained before starting work.

The kitchen tap was leaking and my daughter asked the plumber to call. From booking to service, they were really efficient and called her ahead of arrival so she could be with me. There was no waste left for me to dispose of - they were so clean and tidy! Highly recommended.

Had bad leak bathroom sink basin and taps turned on the wring way. Jamie was excellent, work done very quickly, replaced sink plug etc... changed tap valves. Also, needed silicon on bath stripped and replaced. All replaced. Very friendly, very polite. Always use. Highly recommend.

I phoned this company expecting to have to make a booking for some time in the next week or so but was delighted that they were available to come on the same day. The two tradesmen were polite and respected my property. I was very happy that they were able to remove an old radiator safely and with no mess whatsoever. In addition, they volunteered to take it away and deliver to a scrapyard, so for that extra service I would rate them 5 stars. I will be using this company again when I have decorated and need a new radiator plumbed in.

After contacting Prestige Plumbers (Shedfield Plumbers) on the twenty fourth of May, a plumber called the next morning and investigated the problem with the cistern not flushing. Jamie the plumber was superb, he checked the cistern, diagnosed the problem (that was a failed syphon and diaphragm) and offered several options. First was to replace the complete syphon and second was to offer a replacement push button cistern. Even though the cistern was over twenty years old, I decided to just replace the syphon. He completed the work in just under an hour, checked the running of the cistern by operating the handle and gave instructions to effect either a full flush, or half flush when using the handle. There was no mess left and the old parts were removed from the premises. A friendly, polite plumber and an extremely efficient professional service. If necessary will definitely use this company again.

Prestige Plumbers gave excellent service. Prompt, reliable, professional and competent. The replacement of the stopcock was a tricky operation, avoided by other plumbers, yet Prestige knew exactly what to do, and did it perfectly.

From first contact through to visit and advice, and finally to completion of the job, I found everyone polite, helpful, professional and competent. They fitted a kitchen tap and fixed a leak on the dishwasher hose. It was a pleasure dealing with Prestige Plumbers.

Despite a troublesome start whilst trying to arrange an appointment, a plumber & his mate appeared within approx 3 hours. He commenced work immediately & soldiered on when he encountered a spate of problems, overcoming these problems without fuss. Arrived in sparklingly new vans, in corporate workwear, was polite & helpful giving a good image. The work was completed satisfactorily and the workplace left clean & tidy, despite an unexpected overrun of his time. This customer is very satisfied & grateful to a hardworking tradesman, and more than happy to recommend him.

We had an emergency as the kitchen tap failed and water flooded the kitchen. We called prestige and Michael was with me within the hour. All costs explained and he was very considerate,knowledegable and efficient. He got the job fixed within an hour despite a very tricky placement of our tap fitting. Would definitely use them again.
