I contacted this firm and explained that my 'problem' was not urgent. However they arrived within an hour or so, assessed the problem and got to work on it. The fitter (who was very competant) gave me a rough idea of the issue and the likley cost which I was happy with altho I was warned that it may not be the answer. Work completed and I was given advice for the future.Really happy with the service and I'll be using them again if needed !

Their advert in 'the Directory' says 'Quality Service, Honest Advice' and that's exactly what you get. I phoned them Monday afternoon and they were with me the following morning and the job was complete by midday. They work together well as a team from Sharon taking your call to appointing the plumber(s) to come and assess what needs doing. They gave me a price straight after the assessment, went out to get the replacement taps and wastes and came back and fitted them. Everybody is friendly (and professional) and they're people you're happy to trust in your home. I really don't think they would ever let you down - they turn up when they say they will and they'd certainly give you a call if for some reason they couldn't attend, which is increasingly rare these days! I've used them once before for a replacement thermostatic valve in my shower. I was equally as pleased with them then and hence I only contacted them for this job.

Prestige quickly dealt with our water leak, clearly explaining the cause and solution. They were tidy, efficient, friendly and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend Prestige Plumbers.

The company responded very quickly to request for a plumber to deal with a leak. The plumber was good in explaining beforehand what mess there would be cutting floorboards to identify where the leak was. He quickly identified and explained the problem and what the repair would be, along with the cost, which appeared to be reasonable. The work was carried out quickly and professionally.

I had a blocked kitchen sink. Phoned at midday and as promised, contractors arrived soon after 3pm the same day. Cleared out pipes and checked flow. Spent time rechecking and ensuring water was running away efficiently. Friendly and explained what they were doing. Minimal mess which was all cleared up before leaving. Reasonable price agreed before work commenced.

Prestige Plumbers have done a first rate job repairing two toilets that were not flushing and replacing a dripping kitchen tap. All work was done to an excellent standard and they have left everywhere very clean and tidy. Repairing the toilets wasn't easy but they went above and beyond to do the work. Both gentlemen were friendly and polite and arrived wearing masks. They gave me an estimate for the work before they started work so there was no nasty shock when the invoice arrived but in any case I thought the price they charged was very reasonable for all the work they had to do. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending this company & will certainly be using them for any future plumbing problems that I may have.

Spoke with Sharon on Tuesday late afternoon. Mike and colleague arrived at 08.45 Wed. morning, confirmed requirement and price (reasonable and acceptable) and completed the job within an hour. Tested repair and left site clean. I will use again if/when plumbing is required

An incredibly professional firm, showed up on time and finished the job swiftly. Fixed multiple radiators and offered future advice based on what was found, easy choice for great value plumbing service.

Finding a good and reliable plumber can be difficult, however I have now found one in Prestige Plumbers. Terry and Brett arrived on time, having called me prior with an eta. They assessed the work to be undertaken, answered my questions and advised accordingly. Existing parts/fixtures were removed and replaced with new, tested and the job was completed. They had a small space to work in but had all the appropriate tools for this situation. They were clean, tidy and wore Covid masks without me having to ask. I phoned Prestige Plumbers on the morning of 25th November regarding a leaking pipe in my loft and spoke with a lady called Sharon. To my delight assistance was given that same afternoon and the leaking pipework was replaced within the hour. No mess, no fuss. Whilst the plumber, I think his name was Michael, was present I pointed out a dripping kitchen mixer tap and arranged with him to order a replacement for me. The new tap was subsequently replaced, quickly and most efficiently by the same gentleman on the 29th Nov. On both occasions, the site was left clean and tidy on completion. I have not used this firm before, but I most certainly will again. I was impressed with the professionalism shown throughout both visits and the pleasant reassuring manner of the gentleman involved. Needless to say, I was very impressed with the standard of work on completion of both jobs.

Shedfield Plumbers fixed our leaky toilets last March and we were really impressed with the price, workmanship and friendliness of the plumber. So we had no hesitation in asking them to replace our rusted through old radiator when we redecorated the bedroom. Again, a very reasonable price and they did a really professional job. It is comforting to know there is a trusted plumber we can call on when needed. We definitely highly recommend Shedfield Plumbers (Prestige Plumbers).

We called out Prestige Plumbers on a friend's recommendation. The work involved a leaking radiator and a power shower unit not working correctly. The plumber came out within 48 hours to determine what work was required and to estimate the cost etc. They carried out the work 2 days later. I should add that I had stressed the job was not urgent. We were very pleased with the work carried out, which included fitting and installing a new shower unit. All appears to be working well, there was no mess left and all old fittings and rubbish were taken away. We were subsequently emailed for payment which was as estimated. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company for their excellent service and professionalism.
