Saw 'Prestige Plumbers' advert in 'the Directory' and was reminded that we used them for a plumbing problem before and were happy to use them again. Sharon is the friendly voice on the phone to whom I explained our bathroom shower was uncomfortably hot despite being set to its coolest position. My phone call was on a Friday afternoon and she arranged for Michael to come and assess the problem on the following Monday afternoon. It was the thermostatic cartridge, but neither the shower nor the manual we had named the shower manufacturer. Michael took a photo and sent it to their supplier. He praised their supplier for being good at identifying these parts, which indeed they were. Sharon sent us the estimate, which we agreed to as we were really happy that there hadn't been any holdups/issues in identifying and supplying the part. Sharon promised they would come out the same day they received the part to fit it. As promised they phoned through to see if that afternoon was convenient to come and fit the part. Michael and colleague, James, turned up and fitted the part quite quickly, despite lack of familiarity with the position of shut-off valves, etc. It's important to say that they wore face masks throughout, as did I, to reciprocate the thoughtfulness (COVID protection for all of us). The bathroom/shower was left tidy. Happy with the speed, friendly and no-nonsense approach. Job done and cost as per estimate. We even got a discount for being senior citizens!

I had a problem this morning so I called around 9:30. Without waiting for 30 minutes, a plummer called Michael came before 10:00. I was impressed with the quick and appropriate explanation and service.

Phoned approx 9:30am on Monday Morning with a problem with my water tank. Someone was out with me by 10am. Diagnosed and explained and the problem and provided the price for the work upfront. Completed the work and then talked through what had been fixed and gave some advice on how to potentially avoid or diagnose the problem in the future. Excellent.

Excellent company. Helpful on initial call and was able to give a guide on price and made arrangements for visit the following day. Fitted around my work arrangements and agreed to come between 8 and 9am. Turned up on time, did job within 40 mins, lovely and friendly, and cost was within quote. Wore a mask the entire time. As a single woman I can sometimes feel uncomfortable with people in my house but I have absolutely no hesitation recommending them. 100% professional. Thank you.

Phoned 08.10 got answered fast. Told call between 9-12 Michael called 9.15 went off for parts. Back soon exchanged loos. Job done. Tidy polite what more could I want. Excellent

From the first contact, through agreeing to suitable timing, to attending when agreed and the friendliness and helpfulness of Sharon and Tony, all was outstanding…. Cannot recommend strongly enough.

I 'phoned at 8.45 this morning and was 'phoned back a few minutes later. Explained the problem was a leaking kitchen tap. The lady told me Jamie would call between 9 am to noon. He arrived at 9.30. Told me a new tap and a valve for the washing machine was required. He told me the price including VAT and I agreed to have the work done. He completed the job by 10 am. Told me there was a 12 month guarantee and if there was any problem to let the company know. I found him to be very pleasant, helpful and told me exactly what he was doing.

I rang Prestige Plumbers at 10-00 am Friday and was booked for the plumber to call me that afternoon. Jammie was here at 2-00pm and carried out a brilliant job of repairing a leaking pipe. all I can say is friendly service and efficient work Jammie was a diamond plumber. would recommend these to anyone. Checked main stopcock was working. Advice on slight change to enable easy access. Replaced stopcock under the sink and replaced outside tap. Checked upstairs as to possible leak - advised ok. Suggested replacing kitchen tap which was leaking. Left water turned off. I will make a decision as to the new tap when I have decided whether to sell or rent the house out. Very happy with service. Senior citizen needed urgent repairs to toilet initial call for service was dealt with promptly and a promise of same morning visit was met, received excellent communication from technician as to arrival time. Repair was carried out expertly and in line with estimate toilet working perfectly now no issues very happy customer.

From initial enquiry and survey visit on 27 July to the installation of new bath and basin taps, bath sealant and a basin waste took 3 only days. Very prompt service. An extra part was needed to fully complete the sink waste installation. All work completed by 9 August. We are very pleased with the work carried out. A great improvement on our previous kit and all working fine. Many thanks to Terry and Jamie.

I had two "plumbing problems" an outside tap and a leaking pipe under the kitchen double sink. Michael arrived on time and took the time to explain what was wrong and how he would fix the problems. This he did; was Covid secure at all times; cleared up everything after the job was completed. A very small problem the next day was efficiently and quickly rectified. When ringing the office Sharon was polite and friendly. Paying the account was simple online, a detailed invoice was sent via email, etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company - indeed I already have - and I will be using them again for fitting a new shower etc.

Swift response to my plea for help with blocked sink. Highly professional - work to be done fully explained with costs. All done to my entire satisfaction and in a very timely fashion. Am a regular customer and highly recommended.

Terry arrived promptly when specified and got to work straight away. He not only replace the leaking stopcock which was in a very awkward position but moved it to a much more accessible place. The work was carried out to the agreed schedule and budget. Terry was friendly and informed me of the work that he was going to do at all times, and was very professional, definitely use Prestige Plumbers again if I needed to .

Terry repaired my Grans water tank quickly and with much care and consideration given her vulnerability. Sharon was super quick to organise Terry's visit, and provided me with the reassurances I needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Prestige Plumbers - thank you

I had a pipe that burst leading to water cascading down my wall and ceiling. I called and spoke to Sharon who arranged for Terry to come out in the morning. Terry found the problem straight away and it was fixed immediately. Such a relief. Great to find a service that doesn't let you down

I only wanted a guesstimate of what to do to fix my toilet flush. Jamie, the plumber said he could do it now, he has the gear in his van. 45 minutes later, all sorted, no mess and super job. I am well impressed by the professionalism and skill of Jamie the plumber. Recommended!

Called at short notice for replacement dual flush mechanism to be fitted to WC. Plumber arrived within the hour. Clarified my requirements and made clear the costs involved before starting. Job completed very quickly with no mess. Invoice issued as agreed. Whole experience from first contact was excellent, and I would use Prestige again as well as recommend them to someone else.

I contacted Prestige Plumbers this morning regarding our plumbing problem. Great service - I didn't wait long. A plumber called Jamie, arrived and sorted out our toilet system. It is encouraging and impressive at the time of such national pressures to have an immediately responsive service with a ready solution to a plumbing problem. The work was done quickly and effectively by a friendly and efficient professional. I hope not to have a plumbing problem in the future but if so, I shall not hesitate to contact Prestige Plumbers and I will recommend them to anyone.

This is the second time we’ve used Prestige Plumbing and the delightful lady in the office (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) arranged for Michael to come out very quickly. Came to the rescue at very short notice to investigate a leak in my 91 year old mother's house. Terry could not have been more helpful and accommodating. He diagnosed the problem, explained the options, obtained the parts and completed the repair. Work completed to an excellent standard, and the customer service excellent.
