We contacted the guys at Sheerwater glass looking for some help with a self cleaning shower screen - which sounds odd, however they came up with the goods, understood exactly what I wanted, had the product we needed and came round very promptly to measure up. Shortly thereafter they came back to fetch part of the frame to bond the new glass in and returned soon thereafter with the finished item. Really happy with the results. Sheerwater were highly efficient, very reasonably priced and a pleasure to work with. You get a strong sense of family business values which is rare these days.

I have used this company for installation of windows over fifteen years ago. Two gearboxes now renewed, this were carried out at a reasonable cost. I was kept up to date by Melanie and price agreed by her Manager Phil. Fitters Andy and Daniel carried out the work to a good standard and timely manner. Have recommended this company to two neighbours in the past who have had complete window replacements.

Great people to deal with. I'm always apprehensive of not being around when my elderly mother needs work on the house and I don't know the folk doing the work. Sheerwater Glass experts came and measured up making some very helpful comments at that time. They clearly know their trade and we had used them some years earlier. The designs and plans arrived on time and were correct we signed them off and paid the deposit. The technicians came and completed the installation within a day, everything was properly fitted, working, and demonstrated to me. The technicians were very tidy and cleaned up after each piece of work. I would give them a great recommendation and would most certainly use them again.

She was impressed with the work which was quite involved removing 3 large old windows and secondary double glazing on the first floor. From the first exploratory visit to the final installation of my new porch, I was kept fully informed and options were explored. The final installation was completed ahead of schedule. The fitting team Stef and Andy left no mess and did a super job. Claire, in the office, was charming. We had 2 Velux windows fitted. We received excellent service from the initial phone call, through to the Sales person, the surveyor and the two installation men. All the staff were very polite. We were kept up to date throughout the whole process and the windows were installed on the date agreed. We were amazed that the fitters had managed to install the windows without any damage to the current paintwork. They were very clean and tidy and respected our house. Overall we are very pleased with the service we received and have no hesitation in recommending this company.

They confirmed the date, time and the names for the guys who would be completing the work. They also estimated the length of time the work would take. The guys turned up on time and completed the work within the time advised. They were quick, efficient and tidy. We needed to replace about 15 windows & our back door. The old windows were 25 plus year old uPVC & some Aluminium and they were old & tired; seals & hinges were failing. We researched the market looking for a genuine slimline uPVC product and Sheerwater Glass were the only ones we found in the area. The whole process was smooth from beginning to end. The Salesman was professional, non-pushy and very good at following up queries. The Surveyor was polite & thorough. The work took 2 fitters about 5 days to complete, they were hardworking, pleasant & professional. All in all we are very pleased with how it all went, and with our new Windows.
