We had six windows installed by Sheerwater Glass including two bays. Very impressed by their professionalism from start to finish. The installers were very efficient and tidy. One glazed unit was cracked upon installation but this was sorted out and replaced very quickly.

We had a new front door and patio doors installed. A good experience from the sales through to installation. The fitters were polite and tidy. We would recommend Sheerwater Glass to anyone.

I used Sheerwater Glass twice: several years ago when we did our house renovation and most recently for our garden outbuild. We bought our windows and doors there. I can't compliment this company enough. On both projects, they impressed us. Firstly the people there are amazing - very professional and responsive. I didn't chase them for anything. And they gave us excellent pieces of advice along the way. Mark, Nic, Claire, Chris, Stuart and the rest of the Team, you are incredible! Secondly, the product is of very high quality. Not many companies offer uPVC windows which are almost as sleek as aluminum! And in case you do have any problem (e.g. one of our window keys stopped turning properly), it is very easy to book the aftercare service and at no cost! Last but not least is the price. Of course, we shopped around on both occasions and both times Sheerwater Glass were the best value. And with our most recent project, the company has shown incredible flexibility and customer service. I would definitely recommend Sheerwater Glass and we would use them again and again.

The process from start to finish was excellent. From our initial enquiry through to the completion of the job. The job was to replace an existing window with a new Velux window. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently. We are extremely happy with the finished job.

We contacted the guys at Sheerwater glass looking for some help with a self cleaning shower screen - which sounds odd, however they came up with the goods, understood exactly what I wanted, had the product we needed and came round very promptly to measure up. Shortly thereafter they came back to fetch part of the frame to bond the new glass in and returned soon thereafter with the finished item. Really happy with the results. Sheerwater were highly efficient, very reasonably priced and a pleasure to work with. You get a strong sense of family business values which is rare these days.

I have used this company for installation of windows over fifteen years ago. Two gearboxes now renewed, this were carried out at a reasonable cost. I was kept up to date by Melanie and price agreed by her Manager Phil. Fitters Andy and Daniel carried out the work to a good standard and timely manner. Have recommended this company to two neighbours in the past who have had complete window replacements.

Sheerwater Glass replaced the floor to ceiling windows and doors of our kitchen and living room. We were very happy with the whole procedure from the first visit to the installation which was carried out quickly and with the least inconvenience. We are very pleased with the finish and attention to detail and the chaps who did the installation worked without a break.

Great people to deal with. I'm always apprehensive of not being around when my elderly mother needs work on the house and I don't know the folk doing the work. However, with a long-established company like Sheerwater Glass it wasn't a problem. Quick and efficient assessment of the problem, part ordered and fitted a few days later. No fuss, no problems, just downright good service!

Sheerwater Glass experts came and measured up making some very helpful comments at that time. They clearly know their trade and we had used them some years earlier. The designs and plans arrived on time and were correct we signed them off and paid the deposit. The technicians came and completed the installation within a day, everything was properly fitted, working, and demonstrated to me. The technicians were very tidy and cleaned up after each piece of work. I would give them a great recommendation and would most certainly use them again.

I was in hospital the day the windows were installed leaving a relative in lieu. She was impressed with the work which was quite involved removing 3 large old windows and secondary double glazing on the first floor. Upon my return I was thrilled with the new windows and how clean and tidy it was. Cannot fault workmanship.

We have just had five new aluminium windows fitted - the fitters were great and the product good, backed up by friendly, non-pushy sales staff and an efficient and pleasant back office. They are in addition to our recent back door also from Sheerwater and we will definitely use them again when needed.

From the first exploratory visit to the final installation of my new porch, I was kept fully informed and options were explored. The final installation was completed ahead of schedule. The fitting team Stef and Andy left no mess and did a super job. Claire, in the office, was charming. I particularly liked the fact that the final payment was not expected until after the completion of the installation.
