Living in the North West of England, we wondered how to arrange a pre purchase inspection of the heating and plumbing in a property in Beckenham. Having no contacts, we decided to walk the pages of Trusted Trader. Sean impressed, with a purposeful and friendly description of his work and his readiness to assist. We were not disappointed. Sean carried out the inspection punctually and was very thorough and detailed in his report. We have yet to meet him and thank him personally. I had three quotes for the removal of the old boiler, hot water cylinder and loft water tank. SJH Installations were the most reasonable price, after a few days consideration I contacted Sean at SJH Installations, and two weeks later he came to carry out the work. Everything was finished on time and within budget, nice tidy pipe work, no mess left behind and very helpful. Definitely recommend.

I contacted Sean on a Sunday when our boiler was broken - he immediately responded and was with us the next day. He was very clear about the problems and within a day had the new part to replace it.
