I felt Smallfield genuinely went out there way to get my issue sorted. My fridge freezer broken just out of its guarantee and they try to advise me to to avoid themselves coming out to avoid charges. They then came out after parts arrived and fixed it. It was mid-summer holidays with no fridge freezer so panic stations. I really appreciate the contents communications and updates from the office. The compressor was broken which was under guarantee and its all fixed with a happy wife and kids. Nice one.

Had dishwasher repaired under warranty after contacting Samsung direct. Smallfield contacted me quickly about a repair date and confirmed details by phone and text. The problem was with the control panel and the engineer brought a replacement one with him, so obviously the communication between Samsung and Smallfield was spot on. The engineer was very knowledgeable. Fast efficient and friendly service. Thank you.

My washing machine would not function and Ed retrieved a fine gold necklace from behind the filter which was preventing the machine from draining. I couldn't even see the trapped necklace! My tumble dryer started to make a loud noise after running for a few minutes. The noise was so loud that we had to switch the machine off. Ed quickly diagnosed the problem and fitted a new fan blade. Problem solved! I would be very happy to use Smallfield Electrical Services again and would thoroughly recommend the company, and Ed in particular. A very professional engineer.
