One company told me I needed a new boiler which would have cost thousands. Thankfully I found Jason. He phoned and emailed me initially, was immediately easy to get on with, then came to inspect the boiler at no cost. He said I didn't need a new boiler and suggested getting a power flush and a few other bits done instead, which saved me a huge amount of money and has added many years to the life of the boiler. He explained everything that needed doing and why, and kept saying it was my choice as he didn't want to push me into anything. The total opposite of the dreaded hard sell! The quality of the work was excellent and the aftercare offered was great, in that he said if there were any problems, no matter how big or small, just let him know and he would be round to sort it out. Jason was friendly, polite, professional, efficient, honest, helpful, reliable, clean and tidy, and a lovely person too! I can't fault him and can't recommend him highly enough.

Jason repaired my boiler and installed a new cooker and his work was excellent. I used SmartHomeRescue for a bathroom refit after suffering from a leaking shower area for some time. Jason (the owner) gave me some good advice on choosing the replacement parts, and carried out an extensive re-work of the room, including removal of the old shower, renewing the piping, fixing the walls and installing the replacement shower, basin and tiling. Jason has been so helpful with all my boiler issues over the past few weeks. He immediately came around on a Sunday morning to evaluate one of the leaks and then a week later to install my new boiler. So efficient and really quick,also in a good mood all the time!
