Shocking. They do not call or communicate. They do not seem to care. They failed to contact me I had to call after waiting several days. Then a week later they collected the Tv. The repair took a few days. Again they failed to contact me and say its ready. I called after a week was told they are too busy and it will be another 2 weeks before they can return it. I said look it has been a month already it will be 6 weeks and i need my TV back. The response was feel free to collect it (2hrs drive) or wait that is your only options. Very sorry goodbye. So its 6 weeks all in for a repair that took a day. No customer service at all

What is surprised another terrible customer service. Not only did they have report from Samsung notifying them of few things wrong with the machine. but I also went through it with them what was wrong with the machine three days prior to the visit. They turn up today and quelle surprise they haven't got all the parts. No problem they'll come back next week, excellent meaning another day off work unpaid. I've called customer service to find out how or why this has happened and to then inform them that I'm going to have a another day off without pay, in today's financial climate this is something we can't afford. The best bit was the response from which was of zero concern, literally couldn't care less. I've then asked the lady on the phone what would happen if she had to have two days off just to get a washing machine fixed because of incompetency, Her response "it wouldn't bother me because I can work from home" that's all well and good but some of us can't work from home. Thanks for being so empathetic and understanding, It wouldn't surprise me if it was just too to claim another call out charge from Samsung. If you did your jobs properly I wouldn't have to have another day off unpaid thanks guys👍🏼

Thank you for your review here and on other review platforms, we appreciate your time. Whilst disappointing, feedback is always constructive even when negative. Looking into your service journeys with us we can see we have two repairs booked, a repair booked in November 21 where a drain pump was replaced, on this occasion we can see that the repair was completed in one visit. A more recent repair request was sent to us via Samsung with a reported issue being a noisy pump again and the auto dose fabric softener does not work. Our internal team would have triaged this call and ordered a replacement pump, however with very little history of genuine hardware failure of the auto dose system, our team thought it best to investigate whilst on site. In our experience most of the reported issues with this particular feature have been related to skipping the periodic cleaning of the draws as per the handbook or online resource.

My samsung tv had lines going down the middle of the screen. So after that i contacted them threw a live chat to come out and arrange a repair. Then smart service solutions called me, then they came out and replaced the screen. Ever since then ive had no problems with the tv
