From start to finish Solar gateway have been a dream to work with. From the initial consultation their engineer looked around, asked some questions and gave recommendations on what would work well for my home (Other companies I got quotes from just looked at the satellite view of my home from google maps). There was no hard sell whatsoever. Received my quote two days later, very reasonably priced. Accepted the quote and was kept in the loop every step of the way. Solar gateway arrived exactly when they said they would, managed the install in a single day (plus scaffolding being put up the day before and being taken down a couple of days later). All rubbish was taken away and swept clean. A few weeks later I had a problem and thought "here we go, nobody ever wants to know once they have your money". I sent them some photos of the problem and gave them a call. They said they would order the part in and get it replaced in a few days. 3 working days later I was told they would be here first thing in the morning, and the issue was fixed the next day. Best response I have ever gotten from a tradesman I wasn't related to! Everything I could have hoped for in terms of after sales. Would definitely recommend.

My solar panels and batteries were fitted two years ago, very efficiently and neatly, and have worked really well ever since, with the Lux app to keep an eye on it. Compared to other quotes it was very good value, I felt under no pressure to rush into a decision and had all my questions answered before and during installation. Recently I had to have a new broadband hub and Mark was really helpful when I was struggling to establish the new connection between the hub and the system in the loft. He came and found a solution then fixed it free of charge on the next working day and it’s been working perfectly ever since. I was very impressed and grateful for the swift, efficient follow-up service so long after installation.

We are very pleased with our solar installation. Mark was very helpful and answered any queries we had. The solar panels and 2 batteries are working well and electricity costs are much lower. The whole installation took around half a day and went smoothly. Communication was good . The team friendly and polite. The left the site clean and tidy.

Solar Gatway provided a great all round service from start to finish. Mark (the owner) took time to visit us, and to answer ask pour questions, providing the reassurance we needed before going ahead. When it came to the installation, everything was done very efficiently. Scaffolding was put up the day before installation and taken down quickly the day after. The battery and inverter were fitted in one day and only because of high winds did it take a second day to install the panels on our roof. All the team were friendly and professional, and Mark was in attendance too, and too time to explain how everything worked, how we could use the App to monitor the panels performance.

Solar Gateway carried out a 15 panel solar installation with inverter and battery. Mark was the only supplier to actually visit my property before he quoted for the install. The quote was very competitive. The work was carried out very professionally and the whole install was carried out in half a day and it was up and running, mark sent me the documents over so I can export and have not looked back. Great company to deal with and highly recommended.

On the day they had every thing fitted and working in a half a day and were very professional in everything. I was shown how to view the app and was told if any problems just to get in touch.
