I was nervous about moving on my own with family and friends unable to help due to COVID, but Soti Move made the whole process completely seamless and stress-free. Their communication before the day was excellent, they were easily accessible, answered all my questions, responded quickly and planned all the detail out. On moving day they were great, arrived on time, were very quick and efficient and took great care of all my belongings. They went above and beyond to be helpful and were so friendly. I wouldn't move again without them and would highly recommend them to anyone considering getting some help for moving day. Thank you so much.

These guys were amazing!! Such great positive energy and very friendly service. Everything was possible, and the two men moving our staff were not phased by any obstacles that came up. Extremely professional, efficient, fast and considerate. They completed everything to a very high standard! Soti Move is a very honest company and gives a fair and accurate price for the job done. For example, there was an issue (my fault) that we hadn't factored in the correct amount of stairs at the delivery address and the lift being too small. We agreed to pay more for the extra stairs, but in the end, the two men worked tirelessly and managed to fit everything in the small lift so that we didn't have to pay for the extra labour. We weren't to know that they hadn't ended up using the stairs, but they let us know at the end which I felt was very honest and showed a high level of value in the work. I would definitely use Soti Move again, as it made what can be a very stressful event relatively stress-free!

These guys have mastered the art of taking away the stress from a house move, with all its complexities and last minute surprises. They showed a great attitude when things didn’t go as expected, demonstrated professionalism and best in class technical competence. The team is worth every penny - and more.

Andrey was the only representative of the several removal companies that we spoke to who made the effort to come and see what we had to move and that, undoubtedly, increased the efficiency on the day. Andrey and his three colleagues were all delightful, polite and remained cheerful and extremely helpful all day, moving endless boxes from a tricky storage unit in central London, to a house in Oxfordshire. They were sensitive to keeping carpets and floors as clean as possible and left everything in good order at both ends of our move. We would be more than happy to use them again and recommend their services to anybody.

Previously we had used another mover, but they could not do it on the day we wanted. So, I went to Which? and found Sotimove being closer to our postcode and they fit into our timetable. Their prices were in line with what would have paid elsewhere. Andrey and Arthur arrived on time and worked efficiently in loading and unloading our things. They even moved things which were not tightly packed - this saved us a lot of time as I was stressed out over how to move them. They were polite and helpful. We were pleased with their service performance. Would recommend.

We spent a bit of time looking at other options online - some of the alternatives were cheaper, but had some pretty concerning reviews about damaged goods, unexpected price increases, or other dodgy behaviour! Happy to say we didn't have any of those issues with Andrey - just a hard-working, friendly, professional service that delivered all our goods undamaged, much quicker than had originally been forecast. Definitely recommended for people willing to spend a little more to avoid extra stress on moving day!
