Soti Move are easy to recommend. Andrei and Elvis helped us clear our house over two days to prepare for a renovation project. They quoted quickly - and were of excellent value. They were punctual, polite, cheerful, and flexible. They showed a lot of care with all our things, including those that were clearly worthless! The whole move was a lot less stressful because of them. We will certainly be approaching them again and recommending them to friends and family without hesitation.

The team had been extremely helpful, with great commununication leading up to the move (helping figure out the sizing, parking requirements, etc) so the move on the day was stress-free. They were friendly and efficient and were great at helping accomodate additional changes we had on the day (we had a nunch of large plants that were not well packaged and they were able to not only fit them in but do so very securely and all the plants made it in great condition. The service was also much better priced than the competitors so great value for money as well, would absolutely recommend.

We used SOTI to move from a flat to a house and they were absolutely brilliant! Andrey was great at answering questions and providing updates via phone and email. They dropped the packing materials around to us ahead of the move and Arthur explained the best way to wrap and pack furniture which made the move a lot easier on the day. The team of 4 were very efficient, careful and friendly and made the whole move (inc furniture dismantle/reassemble) really straightforward.

I used Soti Move for an international relocation (moving away from London to mainland Europe) across 5 different countries and using 2 ferries, and they made it a very easy and comfortable experience. They were very helpful in the preparations stage planning the relocation (always available with advice any time we needed it) and once the day came, super efficient and fast. Their pricing is also very fair, so was great value for money. Everything was loaded with extreme care and nothing was damaged or lost. I can't recommend them high enough if you are moving - whether nationally or internationally.

We used Soti for both of our moves - one from our old house into storage, and then from storage into our new house 7months later. Both times they did a great job. Communications were clear and prompt before each move. The teams took great care of our belongings and nothing was damaged on either move. They gave us sound advice re. how to protect some fragile items like televisions. And it's all done with really positive attitudes and smiles! Even the odd time when we changed our mind about where something heavy should go, absolutely no problem for Andrey and his team. Soti Move were highly recommended to me by a friend. I got lots of quotes - theirs was good and I felt assured because my friend had used them. They moved the contents of my 2 bedroom ground floor flat to a new 1st floor maisonette (including LOTS of boxes of records). They were brilliant. From communication beforehand to advice on packing, and then the job itself. I couldn’t believe how quickly they did it. Really excellent value for money. Really friendly guys and super professional - I will definitely use again the next time I move!

Exceptional service: fast, reliable and courteous. Andrejs was easy and quick in replying to my enquires, his team turned up about 20 mins early and worked incredibly fast, professionally disassembling and then assembling furniture. I used Soti for my move out in December 2020 and was so pleased with their service that I didn't think twice before contacting them for my move back. They arrived on time, having earlier collected the contents of my house held at the Big Yellow storage without me even having to be present. Everything was unloaded and distributed to the correct rooms with the greatest of care, considering that the house had just been redecorated this was very important to me. We reached out to several moving companies when we needed to move from our 2 bed flat to a 3 bedroom house. Soti Move was the only one who made the 'scoping process' as painless as possible. We didn't have to fill in lengthy forms or to carve time in our day to do a video call. Instead, Soti moves worked around our super busy schedules and accepted video recordings that we took ourselves when we had time. Moving house is a stressful process and Soti Move's attitude to the scoping was a big reason we selected them amongst many other larger providers. The quote we received was also unbelievably competitive compared to anyone else, so overall value for money was great! On the day of the move, Andreijs showed up with another 2 guys and within less than 45 min had loaded all of our belongings into 2 vans! They were super respectful with our stuff and didn't rush us in any way for the areas we hadn't fully completed! As a bonus, they also provided some sturdy boxes for our plants which meant we didn't have to take them through the London underground! 1.5 hours later (due to a bad traffic jam) they were already unloading our belongings into our new house! They did so quickly and skilfully, lifting heavy furniture to the top floor! Whilst all throughout being in good spirit and a nice company! Our move couldn't have been more enjoyable and we wholeheartedly recommend Soti Move LTD to anyone looking to move!

I first contacted Andrey to arrange a move the week the pandemic first hit and so he was very understanding when I had to cancel! More than a year later, I got in touch again and Andrey was very accommodating and was able to fit me in. On the day of the move, Andrey and his team arrived early, dressed professionally and ready to move my items out of a storage unit. They did this with care and efficiency and the work was carried out faster than I expected. My items were unloaded on the other side with that same care and caution and nothing was broken or missing. We booked Soti Move to move us to our new house from our flat. They carried out a full packing service, as well as dismantling and reassembling two large beds. They came the day before the move to pack, and were quick and efficient. They made sure to ask us how boxes should be labelled. They also left the work of dismantling out main bed to the next day so we had somewhere to sleep! The move itself was incredibly smooth, and on arriving they quickly unloaded boxes and furniture, placing everything where we needed it. Everything was packed and transported carefully and there were no breakages or any damage. Overall Andrejs and his team took all the stress out of the move, and were friendly as well. We found Soti Move after our removal company cancelled on us. After calling 30+ moving companies, to our relief they had availability on our chosen date. On the day of the move Andrey and his team showed up promptly. They were very professional about parking the two removal vans, which was a bit difficult on our address. They handled everything with extreme care. Wrapped up delicate items. Provided advice on how to pack and wrap some items up, some of which we hadn't thought about. They were very quick, hard working and most importantly, they took good care of everything to the point where I could relax and take my mind off what is one of the most stressful events. When it came to unloading, they placed every item in its desired room and even asked us where we planned to put furniture to make sure they left spaces clear. They even helped assemble some items too. Overall they went above and beyond on what we expected and we couldn't have been happier with their service. I would recommend them in an instant. It's almost a shame that we won't be moving again any time soon as I would use them again in a heartbeat!
