Rowl was professional, polite and efficient from our first telephone conversation right through to the end of the works. Rowl and his colleague were able to swiftly diagnose the issue and fix it with the necessary parts within an hour and a half. They were both so efficient, quick, polite and tidy throughout and were a pleasure to work with. The cost of the work’s was also very reasonable. I will be recommending Rowl and his team to my friends, family and colleagues.

Even on a bank holiday weekend, in an emergency he was able to first try and help us over the phone on the Friday evening and then to come out on the Saturday morning. He phoned ahead to give arrival time. He was friendly, helpful and informative on the root cause analysis - even drawing us a diagram to explain the process and cause of the fault and got us up and running again within 2 hours. Will use Springbank Electrical again.
