About

Staunch and Flow is a small, experienced, and cost-effective London-based plumbing/heating engineering firm. We specialise in kitchen and bathroom refurbishment. Our staff are punctual, respectful and are known for their depth of knowledge, going that extra mile to help our customers.

We aim to provide you with great value for money. Prices are fixed for straightforward works - we'll provide a prompt estimate for any additional works/parts that might be required to complete a job. For more complicated work, we'll want to come and see the site and discuss what's required first. All our work is guaranteed for a year.

Our vastly experienced core plumbing team are prompt, tidy and efficient, but are always happy to take the time to explain what we're doing and why. We're Gas-Safe (CORGI), Aga- and Rayburn-accredited and work with all types of heating systems, including Green technologies.

We also run a plumbing course for beginners, so that our customers can learn to do the simple jobs for themselves

This non-emergency problem was reported during the morning and a named plumber booked for 14.30 the same afternoon. A phone call from the office, well in advance, let us know that he was delayed on another job for half an hour and he arrived at 15.00. A leaking connection inside the tap and a badlly fitted and corroded waste were quickly diagnosed and the plumber drove my wife to the nearest supplier to select and buy replacements. These were fitted and the job completed, all within the hour. Excellent professional, helpful and polite service; absolutely no time-wasting. Very highly recommended.

I'm not one to post reviews unless I'm impressed (or horrified) by the quality of a job but I really feel Staunch and Flow deserve this good review. I'll definitely be using them again in the future. Emergency Call Out - Here in less than 30mins, fixed in less than 30mins

Drilled into a wall and burst a pipe. Unable to stop water flow as central heating had to drain. They turned up quickly and fixed the leak and reset and repressurised the heating system. BEST SERVICE EVER!!! Only charge was a very reasonable £85 call out charge.

British Gas advised her boiler should be condemned & quoted for a new one. I asked Staunch & Flow for a comparison quote, and they advised boiler didn't need replacing, and recommended a full service.
