About
We are a local family run business established in 1994, incorporated in 2008, with many years of experience installing quality home improvements. Our main specialities are upvc windows and doors, Composite or Ali doors, but we can accommodate most property home improvements. We also offer a repair service for older installations of double glazing.
Although based in Steyning, we work anywhere within the Sussex area.
Steve Franklin and Sons take care to install only quality, high performance products and provide our customers with superior levels of customer service. This means that we do not need to use high pressure sales and do very little advertising, as much of our business comes through recommendation and repeat business.
Domestic installations are covered by a 10 year Insurance backed guarantee.
We are:
Members of FENSA (since its launch in 2002) and abide by Part L of building regulations.

Installation of new wooden windows to very old house. As Steve Franklin removed one of the old windows the brick surrounds started to collapse. He & his Son repaired the brick work diligently and without a fuss, beyond their remit. The installation of all of the windows was meticulous, efficient, clean & tidy, adding some unexpected touches. More than delighted with the company & a very smart high quality product. Thank you Steve & Son and for making good to what could have been a serious problem. Our new windows have way improved the look of the house.

Fitted a new shop front window, after I found my window cracked. Rung Frankling and they came out within a few hours they made it safe, ordered the glaze and gave me a quote in a matter of hours. The job was finished in a week (waiting time for other glazers). I asked them to come early so as to not disturb my shop running. They did arrive at 8AM, very grateful and they even swept up the path out of the front of my shop.
