Scott installed a new electrical panel when we purchased our house in 2017. What stood out to us about Scott was how professional he was in all aspects of the work … from communication in person, on the phone and via email … to the electrical work itself which was completed on time and with minimal mess. Six years later we contacted Scott to investigate a circuit fault in the kitchen and he was extremely thorough in determining the issue and coming up with a solution that would not require us to remove wall tiles or cupboards. I chose Scott being a local recommendation, to fit a bathroom extractor, back in 2021, STF, forwarded quotes, together with fitting schedules, Scott and his team from STF, worked efficiently and safely, clearing any dust, working to a high standard. I reconnected STF, within May 2022, owing to part of a unit be noisy and not working correctly, I forwarded an email and video to Scott, and within a very short period a replacement unit was refitted, excellent service and no further costs all covered by STF warranty

Scott, Kelly and the STF team are a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to do business with. Compared to the majority of tradespeople I've dealt with over the years, which is quite a number having undertaken two lots of building work, I found STF to be extremely professional and easy to do business with. I came across Scott via his YouTube videos and noted that he was based in Merseyside. I wasn't sure whether he would cover the Wirral but decided to take the chance, a decision I'm glad I made. STF Electrical Ltd are by FAR the best electrical business that I have ever came across. The service and workmanship is top notch. Today they fitted a bathroom fan but this isn’t the first time I have used the business, I am a repeat customer. Nothing is ever too much for Scott. Scott bent over backwards to complete some electrical work that needed doing before my tenants moved into the rental property. I honestly would trust him with my life - and definitely the keys to the house! I knew I could just let him get on with the work to a high standard and was not disappointed. He did a fantastic job, was honest down to the last penny, He not only cleaned up after his own job, but also the 'heating engineer' who I couldn't wait to get out of the house. I can recommend STF Electrical without hesitation. I have an older property with an ancient fuse board and a few DIY horrors. Scott and Mark did a very good job re wiring our home. He came round and helped us with deciding on sockets and provided us with solutions when we needed them. Also help us reduced costs where needed. Works completed did a great job and happy with the end product.

Our house has been so bright since Scott came round and put new lights in and how efficient he was whilst doing the work! We have found that previous tradesmen have dragged out work to get paid more money but Scott charged a fair price and was so quick. The quality of his work is second to none and he even asked for a dust pan and brush to clean up after himself! He is a credit to himself, what a lovely guy. We asked Scott to fix some faulty lights and install two new light fittings. He turned up promptly and after determining the faults, suggested the most cost effective way of doing the work. Scott is lovely lad who does an excellent job at a good price. He has put in new switches,a security light,an outside point and ceiling lights he even put on all the crystals on my chandelier. He is booked for a job in the porch.
