Excellent experience with Strata from initial enquiry through to an on time installation. Arrived as arranged, Andy and Neil assisted by Jordan were a very pleasant hard working team, excellent workmanship and very helpful. Working in hot conditions they still managed to complete the job a little earlier than the programme. A happy experience for this Customer.

We are extremely pleased with the windows & door fitted by Barry & Tim of Strata. They both worked amazingly in hot weather from 8am till 6pm on the first day and completed our work by mid morning the following day. They advised us of everything they did showed us the mechanisms etc and cleaned thoroughly before leaving including our drive & patio Really nice people too, thanks Guys.

Strata from start to finish have been great. The fitters Andrew and Steven we can't speak highly enough! So pleasant and polite, absolutely amazing work, even though it was challenging at times for them , and Andrew carried on despite being in pain through injury. They were so approachable and friendly and professional. Attention to detail was amazing. They explained what they were doing and what was next. They are the best tradesman we have ever had in our home, and would welcome them back for future work! They went above and beyond to ensure we got what we wanted. Also I would like to thank and praise the work of the electrician, sorry we couldn't remember his name, but Strata will know, he pulled a difficult situation on wiring out of the hat! Many thanks to him for sorting and also the TV cable. I can't say anymore. They were amazing! Many Many thanks to them!

I’ll be honest I was a bit worried and hoped my new composite door, which I had paid a lot of money for would not only look good and work well but that it was fitted properly! Well! Not only were Andy and Steve lovely blokes they did an amazing job and my door does look fabulous! I love it!

I have used Strata for about 30 years on and off. We've had a conservatory, porch, windows etc and always been really pleased with their work. Recently, our porch roof got damaged and we had to have a new roof installed. I rang Strata who arranged for Darren Bloor to call. He viewed the roof and came up with a plan for replacing the roof and gave us a quote. He was very professional and friendly. We agreed to have the work done. He arranged for Russell Mountford to call and go through the plans and give us a date when the work would be carried out. He became our "go to" man. He was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and he answered any queries I had. The fitters, Steve and Andy turned up as arranged on the day at 8.00 am and they didn't leave until 3.00 pm. They were brilliant. No long breaks for them, they just got on with the work at hand. Job well done and in a timely manner. They too were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I admit that I am a very fussy, pedantic person so there were a couple of "snagging/tweaking" issues. Again, I just rang Russell who arranged for Barry and Tim to call and fix the issues. Barry and Tim were also brilliant. Professional, friendly and did everything we had agreed needed doing. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I am now really happy with the roof. I would highly recommend Strata. I can't fault them. The whole company is customer focused. I shall definitely be using them again. Well done STRATA!!

Andy and Steve worked quickly and cleanly to install our bedroom window. All communication with Julie in the strata office was a pleasant experience. Have used them in the past and would highly recommend them.

The too guys that fitted two doors for me were Steve and Andrew they did an excellent job very professional clean job.

Andy and Steve have done a fantastic job and both deserve a five star rating, they rang the week before to let us know what time they would be with us on the Monday morning. The time keeping was spot on, I was told everything they would be doing before they started, they were extremely tidy no mess and the first day Monday rained none stop all day. They worked happily together and everything has been finished to a high standard, the windows and doors were fitted a day earlier, there were no hidden extra costs or problems, we would recommend using strata to our friends and family it has been a extremely good experience from start to finish
