I considered this job for a long time, troubling the company for advice and quotes. All my requests were politely fulfilled and not once was I asked when or whether I would be having the work done. After several months I returned and asked for revised quotes which were supplied without question, circumstances dictated that the work be carried out piecemeal, plus an extra job and these works were carried out promptly, quickly and very efficiently. The installers were professional, very hard working, polite and co operative with little time for chatting, and myself and my wife are both delighted with the end product. Quality double glazing at a fair price.

When we decided to replace our 23 year old double glazing we contacted Supercraft, as they had installed our original windows. Their quote reflected all we asked for, as well as meeting our timeframe. Dave and Ian were our installers and it was immediately obvious that theirs was a long standing team (25 years, we later discovered). They took care with our home and were professional throughout. They took two and a half days to complete the installation and they were a pleasure to have in our home, as well as being a credit to Supercraft. Quality windows - quality company.
