I have just replaced an original polycarbonate roof on an Edwardian conservatory with a 'warm roof' using custom built timber frame and finished with Tapco tiles. I am delighted with the results. The roof sections and materials arrived on the arranged date with a two man team. The weather was certainly against the guys but instead of using it as an excuse to lay off they persevered through freezing rain with hot cups of tea to get the job done to spec and on time. The installers were professional and hard working, arriving on time on each of the three days the job took to complete and cleaning up before leaving as it went dark. I would recommend Supercraft and will happily use them for any suitable projects in the future.

Ordered patio doors with air vents. Doors arrived and were fitted - no vents. Rang, rang again and again and again. Each time promised to ring back and arrange for vents to be fitted. Never rang back on any occasion. Very disappointed.
