Supercraft Windows

We had our wooden front doors in our porch replaced by Supercraft and they've done an excellent job. The porch front is not vertical, so they had to trim the building fabric to get the new doors to fit vertically and plumb. I have to say I was a little sceptical, but the finished installation is excellent. The fitters were polite, clean and tidy. The Supercraft office team are very easy to deal with - not pushy, and really ensure everything is correct before you sign up. A pleasure to do business with.

We recently moved to Cheshire purchasing a property that needed some refurbishments. Little did we realise that it would result in all the doors and windows being replaced including 7 bi-fold doors and over 40 windows. We invited several companies to quote. Supercraft stood out with regards to quality of product, polite and prompt service and good pricing, so we appointed them to deal with our 'little' project. It has taken us over a year to complete our refurbishment and Supercraft have been nothing but professional, obliging and flexible in terms of fitting in with the other trades as well as timing their deliveries to suit our needs. The end product looks amazing and the quality of the bi-fold doors and aluminium windows as well as the standard of installation is exceptional. Well done Fab, Mark and all the team. I would use you again tomorrow!

Had a new front door installed 3 may. Door fitters worked diligently & expertly & to a very high standard taking out the old door & installing the new Carnaby front door, which I would highly recommend. Would 100% use the services & products from supercraft in the future

In March 2024 we visited Supercraft Windows to look at bi-fold doors. Neama Mogadam, Sales Executive, was very helpful, but not pushy, and quoted us a good price. Approx. six weeks later the bi-fold doors were installed by their own fitters who did a very clean and professional job. Very pleased.

Excellent installation of all the upvc units and porch. Made the house look absolutely incredible. Just waiting for the inside to be completed by external contractors but I know they will be great as always. Supercraft previously completed my conservatory 13 years ago and still looks like the day they built it and thats why I trust this company so much and would not have anybody else. Faz created the perfect solution for my house which I will be eternally grateful and his team of installation fitters are in my opinion the best in the country. Having had a quote for window replacement from another local company where we were not impressed with their pushy attitude, we sought a quote from Supercraft whom we have used before. Mark arrived to look at our requirements and was extremely polite, respectful and professional. The quote was extremely competitive and we decided to go ahead. The order was fulfilled within the quoted timescales and the fitting team of John and Clint arrived as arranged. The work was carried out very professionally and to a high standard. The guys were clean and tidy workers and a credit to Supercraft. We can not praise them high enough We are very pleased with the quality of the windows and the work carried out and would recommend Supercraft without hesitation.

Excellent service from the company. Sales personal not at all pushy, and very helpful. Show room is great with everything you need to make the required choice. The fitters arrived on time, were very efficient and tidy, cleaned up after themselves and very pleasant, credit to the company.

The windows were ordered and fitted exactly when I was told they would be The fitters Martin and Justin were respectful and never stopped working for the two days they were here. We have recently moved house and were looking for a company that could install new windows , doors ,facia and soffits. We visited the Supercraft showroom and immediately it felt the right fit for us. As my Wife is in a wheelchair the showroom was absolutely perfect. We could see everything set out in different settings and all the options that were available. We then met Faz who showed us around and gave us great advice and help. The service we have had from Faz from our first meeting, then the management of the job and keeping us informed on the progress has been faultless. The job was started exactly on the start date given . We must give a special mention to the two fitters who carried out the work. Ian and Dave. They have been absolutely brilliant working in all weather, freezing cold, torrential rain and never once complaining. They are an absolute credit to Supercraft and it was a pleasure to have Ian and Dave working at our house for the last few weeks. The end result looks amazing and we are very happy and what seemed like a very daunting project was made so effortlessly easy by the fantastic service from Faz, Ian, Dave and all the Supercraft team.

We have been putting off buying replacement windows for years , one problem being we wanted to see the actual windows in the flesh ( not just catalogue images) we were ordering , an added complication being around 4 years ago the council imposed a conservation area on where we live and so we had the issue of planning permission . When we visited their showrooms we were able to view samples of windows and doors. From the moment we stepped in the showroom to make enquiries we found them polite and considerate. They offered to take the planning approval side from our shoulders and apply on our behalf. They negotiated and obtained planning approval for the windows. The windows were fitted by their own skilled workmen who without fail we all found to be polite and considerate and any problems were swiftly solved (the house is some 180 years old). Although it’s only been a few months now we have found it’s made our house warmer and have noticed a drop traffic noise. Would we use them again the answer is yes?

something we had been considering for a long time. butfinally decided when a neighbour had his conservatory roof done by supercraft, it looked good,and he gave good reports of the company. Visited the showroom,spoke to one of the owners of the company, had a survey done recieved satisfactory answers to my questions.Placed an order.subject to checks on existing foundations.surveyor sent to confirm all ok. schedule of works agreed ,work started on time and went in accordance of agreement, finished on time We had one problem of some accidental damage to some patio staining,but we were promised it would be rsolved to our saisfaction or they would replace the patio, The stains were removed and I have no doubt that if they had not been done to our satisfaction that they would have replaced the whole patio This is a family owned companywhich I trust and would use again.they are contactable and responsive and to them their reputation matters hence good service

Supercraft fitted windows for us 30yrs. ago and we had no hesitation in going back to them for some additional French doors and windows . It was very reassuring to find the same personalities still running the business. Nothing was too much trouble in showing and advising us on the new styles and materials . We were given accurate information and costings , and dates and deadlines were were kept . All our enquiries regarding extras and accessories were dealt with in a very helpful ,prompt manner . We were given an installation date , which was kept , exactly 5 weeks from the date of order . The installation team arrived promptly and were nothing short of excellent, so helpful and diligent. We chose the Residence range , and are delighted with the look and the finish . We can’t thank the Supercraft team enough including the surveyor , whose help and advise was invaluable. After careful consideration and obtaining multiple quotes, we made the decision to place an order with Supercraft for a full house of windows and doors and a lightweight tiled roof extension. They were not the cheapest, but after seeing their showroom and reading other reviews, we felt this was the company to deal with. And this proved to be one of the best decisions we ever made. From first point of contact, to the surveyor, we were updated throughout. The builders were meticulous with their work, so was the electrician and plasterer. The 2 fitters who installed the project are a credit to the business. They were polite, clean and explained the process of fitting. We can’t recommend this company enough and we are over the moon with everything they have done. We have recommended a number of family and friends who are in the process of placing an order. We ordered a new front door, it arrived within 4 weeks and got it fitted. We were completely satisfied, our new door looks amazing, the fitters were punctual, polite, friendly made a did good job, didn't waste anytime in completeing the work and cleaned up after them.

Complete outside update of windows, porch and conservatory as well as facias, soffits and guttering. We can only say what an excellent job it was from start to finish. The attention to detail by Faz and his team was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and any minor issues were sorted with no quibble and in a timely manner. I am very pleased with our new warm roof system and frames. Mark came out to see us and was very helpful in explaining and talking through the different options we had and what would suit us. Never did we feel pressured into buying anything that we did not want. From the start of the project to the finish, the surveyor and installation fitters were all excellent. The fitters could not do enough for us during the installation, they were clean and tidy and removed all their rubbish every day. I would highly recommend this company they are very honest and the quality of their work is first class.

In May I ordered a new back door and front door. The salesman Mark was very patient with me and explained all the different options I had, construction of door and the different glass I could have along with the door fitments (locks, door handles, letterboxes etc?. I was happy with the price, paid a deposit and was given an approximate supply time (given the manufacturers availability) which was October. Last week they called me to say they had come in earlier than expected. I had them fitted at a time to suit me. The fitters were very good, courteous, clean and did an excellent job. I am very happy to recommend this company as they also fitted French doors and new windows last year and I was impressed with their service.

Ordered a new back door to replace existing double glazed one. Surveyor attended to check everything out and gave us some good tips which we took onboard. Office double checked our requirements and placed the order. Contact made this week to confirm an installation date which, in fact, was completed yesterday. Two workman. Excellent job, Absolutely no mess and left everything clean and tidy. Everything undertaken in a professional way. I would say that we have used this company for different home requirements for close on 40 years starting with double glazed patio doors which are still in use today.

Supercraft did a first rate job. The 2 man team was punctual, very professional and clearly skilled craftsmen who took a pride in their work. This is the second time I’ve used the company because of their excellent service and attitude. Neama is very responsive and quickly resolved a very minor quibble at end. I would 100% use them in future.

We have just had our old bay windows replaced. As they were old sash windows there was a lot of work involved. Both fitters worked tirelessly over the two days to replace the windows and re-plaster where necessary. The workmanship is of the highest quality and we would highly recommend this company. We are returning customers as we have had windows and doors replaced by Supercraft in our previous homes.

Had a new Endurance Front Door fitted yesterday. Great experience overall. Easy to use door modelling application, answered my queries promptly, price seemed fair and the installation was really good. Two friendly installers, clarified with me the positioning of handles, cleaned up after themselves and showed me how to use the new door-locking mechanism. from my experience, I would highly recommend.
