Ordered a new back door to replace existing double glazed one. Surveyor attended to check everything out and gave us some good tips which we took onboard. Office double checked our requirements and placed the order. Contact made this week to confirm an installation date which, in fact, was completed yesterday. Two workman. Excellent job, Absolutely no mess and left everything clean and tidy. Everything undertaken in a professional way. I would say that we have used this company for different home requirements for close on 40 years starting with double glazed patio doors which are still in use today.

Supercraft did a first rate job. The 2 man team was punctual, very professional and clearly skilled craftsmen who took a pride in their work. This is the second time I’ve used the company because of their excellent service and attitude. Neama is very responsive and quickly resolved a very minor quibble at end. I would 100% use them in future.

We have just had our old bay windows replaced. As they were old sash windows there was a lot of work involved. Both fitters worked tirelessly over the two days to replace the windows and re-plaster where necessary. The workmanship is of the highest quality and we would highly recommend this company. We are returning customers as we have had windows and doors replaced by Supercraft in our previous homes.

Had a new Endurance Front Door fitted yesterday. Great experience overall. Easy to use door modelling application, answered my queries promptly, price seemed fair and the installation was really good. Two friendly installers, clarified with me the positioning of handles, cleaned up after themselves and showed me how to use the new door-locking mechanism. from my experience, I would highly recommend.

Supercraft have fitted new windows and a stable door for us and we couldn't be happier. We went for Residence Collection on the windows and they look really smart. We visited the fab showroom a couple of times and Neama was really helpful. Neama's suggestions when he came out to look at the job were super valuable, too. No hard sell, just good ideas! The fitters - Martin and Justin - were great at what they did, very high attention to detail, and they were top people, too. I have recently had my Windows and Doors fitted by Justin and Martin. Excellent Job. They were very pleasant and helpful at all times. Everything went to plan and the job got done in good time. Supercraft built us an extension fully roofed and insulated, and fitted out internally. All the tradesmen and staff were extremely competent, courteous and efficient. We are very pleased with the outcome which is fully certificated and signed off by the local authority to the latest Building Regulations. We found everyone at Supercraft "Old School" - what they say they do. All the tradesmen work regularly for Supercraft and when one finished they contacted the next to get them started. We had:- Builders who did the foundations, floor and walls, Surveyors who measured everything up, Window, doors and roof fitters, Plasterers, Plumber, Electricians, A excellent outcome at a very reasonable price which did not change from the quotation to the finish.

We went with Supercraft for two reasons. We wanted a traditional "proper" style roof replacement on our conservatory rather than a thin composite type and also there was no heavy sell in the showroom or during the home visit, just good honest options and advice. The roof is quite large, about 7m x 4m so I was expecting issues. Supercraft communicated well and the job began on time. The lads that removed the roof and replaced it, did a lot of it in awful weather yet they completed without any damage to the conservatory or interior. The final finish of their work was excellent. The were really respectful and friendly too. The plasterer then immediately contacted us and was in within a few days as scheduled and his workmanship was fantastic. Then followed in the electricians, again with great communication and yet another decent set of lads who did an excellent job. The final result is absolutely stunning and at a price that was as cheap or cheaper than many of the composite type roofs. We are delighted with the final product and cannot recommend Supercraft highly enough. A 10 out of 10 company.

We had our composite door fitted yesterday - Martin & Justin were very professional, explained everything to us and have done an excellent job. We are so pleased with the way they respected our property, cleaned up and we felt at ease with them. Well done Supercraft for employing professional fitters who do their job to a high standard and do an excellent job of representing your company. If only we had used you for our windows instead of Safestyle!

We visited a few window Companies in our search for new windows,results ranged from not a lot of interest to the hard sell. We visited Supercraft on two occasions and the staff each time gave us good sound advice without any pressure to purchase. Neama came to speak to us and the day after came out to see us , we agreed to go ahead and the day after an excellent surveyor visited . Neama also offered advice on the handles/glass which we are very pleased with.Fitting day arrived as planned and Justin and Martin were the fitters.The house is an older one which posed a few problems but these experts sorted it out, not an easy job as three of the eleven windows were bays.The duo worked well together and did an excellent job for us as well as leaving everywhere clean and tidy each day. The new windows have transformed the look of our house. Many thanks to ALL the Supercraft team.

Our windows were fitted in around five weeks from ordering. The salesman, Neema, came out the day after our initial enquiry to give us a quote and gave us sound advice when choosing colours. Black! Looks great! Arranged for the surveyor to visit the next day. Fitting day arrived and I cannot speak too highly of the fitters, Justin and Martin. Not the easiest of jobs, two large bays and three other windows they tackled the task with good humour and expertise and were a pleasure to have in our home. Due to the age of our bungalow one or two snags were encountered but solved appropriately. They explained to us the measures taken to ensure a good fit. They left no mess and made good use of the Henry every night. Job was completed promptly and we are delighted with our new windows.

After various quotes we chose Supercraft to replace our old polycarbonate roof conservatory to install a completely new frame, upgrade the roof to a warm tiled roof, replace windows all round and replace the front door and we were not disappointed by our choice of supplier. Mark was fantastic and helpful at all stages of the initial order process, providing guidance on areas we had concerns with or were undecided on what choices to make. It was then time to wait for a fitting date, which we received in our expected timeframe. Completion of the work was on time and in budget. Our two fitters couldn't have been more fantastic or helpful. Both were extremely pleasant and respectful to the fact I was also working from home during the work. They arrived promptly every morning and just got down to the task in hand, despite the weather being against them some days. They worked extremely well together as a team. The fitters attention to detail with all parts especially the final finishing touches was outstanding and I could not fault any part of their work or their work ethic. The transformation of our old conservatory to what is now a proper useable room has far exceeded our expectations. Supercraft are a long standing reputable company who have had a presence in the area for a significant number of years. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends, colleagues and neighbours.

I recently had all my old timber windows and doors replaced with residence 7 windows, supplied and fitted by supercraft windows. Neama was very helpful throughout the ordering process. The quality of the windows and doors is excellent and the entire house was completed in 7 days. The installation team were very good, worked well and kept the house really clean. I highly recommend using supercraft windows.

I recently had new windows & a front door, along with new guttering, soffits & facias fitted. Neama was a reliable point of contact from start to finish and quoted the job in a timely manner. A date was set for the work which they kept to. The job took longer than anticipated due to a complication with my property that was not anticipated but was dealt with in a professional way. The two young men who installed the new fittings etc were excellent, always polite & very clean & tidy, I felt confident leaving them to work on my property whilst I was at work. I was also impressed by the scaffolding company that they used too, who were very efficient. The aftercare could not be faulted! I would recommend Supercraft!

We shopped the world when looking for a Conservatory, ultimately, we asked Supercraft to supply and install our new conservatory and have been very pleased, they have supplied a quality product, they were very helpful throughout, they listened to our concerns with patience despite us visiting their showroom on numerous occasions before finally choosing our design. The job was completed to a very high standard and we can recommend Supercraft without hesitation.

We’ve had our windows and front door since 2020, and have been so happy! It’s transformed our home. Unfortunately one of units failed and noted what appeared to be condensation, we contacted Neama who very promptly arranged a replacement once issue was raised. Today Andy visited and I can not recommend him enough, respectful of our home and explained what he was doing and so friendly. We highly recommend this family company, and will most definitely use again in the future. Only suggestion, I would have preferred option of silicone colour when surveyed, white would have been my preference.

We needed a pretty big job doing on our new house. A large entrance with front door with double floor to ceiling windows attached. We went into supercraft with an idea and the very helpful owner, Faz, helped us put our ideas into reality. Then Neama took over our sale and sent us digital images and arranged for all the finishing touches. We even had our door number inscribed into our frosted glass. A surveyor then came to take all the measurements, making sure it will all be perfect. Then on fitting day 2 lovely men came who were friendly and hard working and fitted our brand new entrance. We absolutely love it. Thanks so much to everyone at supercraft. Amazing quality, arrived just in time for Christmas!!

This is a copy of the email we sent to the manager at Supercraft Windows and the installation of bi-fold doors. Our bi-fold doors were installed yesterday and our balance to you has been sent by bank transfer. I must say the fitters who turned up, spotted a problem on arrival at our house, namely the frame for the bi-fold doors (to be fitted internally) was too large to bring into the house. They decided they might be able to get the frame through the existing conservatory double doors at the back of the house but to do so they had to manhandle the frame over a 10 foot high wall. To do that safely they had to call up two more of your fitters to come and support them. They got the frame to the back of the house only to find the frame would not pass through the double conservatory doors, so as a final try they removed the conservatory doors completely and managed to lay the frame diagonally into the opening and get it into the house without damage. It took all four of them to do this. They then refitted the doors to the conservatory and began the actual job of fitting the bi-fold doors and frame. The fitting was completed to an excellent standard of fit and finish and work perfectly. The fitters took real pride in their work, and earned a big "thank you" from us. Do mention our comments to the fitters as they went "above and beyond", to make it all work, to a high standard."

On Friday morning the fitters arrived promptly and with a smile in spite of the cold and damp, after introducing themselves they first took care to inspect the location and layout of the worksite, before explaining how they were going to carry out the installation. Once the necessary paperwork checks had been carried out they began the task at hand, they removed the old door adroitly ( they also disposed of it for us) and set about fitting the new door all the while taking care to be as un-intrusive as possible. They were polite and friendly and very professional. Once fitted they took obvious pride in providing the finishing touches, going so far as to kneel outside in the rain to ensure a neat and tidy job, Martin and Justin (our fitters) are clearly craftsmen of the old school and I would be happy to recommend both them and their work. The door itself fits and looks perfect, the security and insulation it provides are complimented by its aesthetics.The sales team were well informed and straightforward concerning our requirements and contact with the company was always positive. A no pressure, customer centred attitude was evident at all times. My wife and I are both very very pleased with our choice of product and importantly the company which provided such good service.

My conservatory and side utility were constructed in 2015 and the process from start to finish was fantastic even the subcontractors were fantastic and came back to carry out work out of program to keep my house warmer during the winter. The space's created have added huge value to our house and to our enjoyment of our property. Even now calling on the 10 year guarantee 7 years later, the after sales service has been brilliant no quibbles what so ever. Supercraft just asked a couple of question and agreed to come and improve gutter no problem. I'm having a new door next year and we won't be going anywhere else. Companies don't trade for long if they give a poor service so after over 30 years in the business you come to your own conclusions. I have and couldn't recommend them enough

We have recently had 12 new windows and 3 doors. We are beyond thrilled with the end result. From initial enquiry to completion, we have had fantastic service. Communication was exceptionally clear from office staff and sales. Quotes were shared within a fitting time and Faz gave us excellent advice when he came out. The fitters were professional and were clearly very experienced; they tidied everything up and were extremely respectful of our home. We will absolutely recommend Supercraft to our family and friends. They are the utmost professionals and sincerely care about their customers. As we drove past Supercraft's showroom on one of the hottest days of the year, still waiting for our windows to be fitted, my wife succinctly summed up our experience with them by reminding me ''There was snow on the ground when we first made our enquiry''. Absolutely. Endless chasing of the so called salesman just to get a response and then equally endless delays in securing delivery and an installation date. Finally, the windows were installed seven months after our original enquiry - but three (of five) were immediately condemned by the fitter as unfit for purpose (glazing not aligned to the frames) resulting in them having to be replaced (cue even more delays). Some two months later, the faulty windows were finally replaced - only for one of them to have a deep scratch mark on the glass. You've guessed, another replacement required. Bottom line: 10 months after our original enquiry, the job was finally completed - and I doubt we'd ever have got this stage without me threatening to sue to recover my deposit. As for the standard of work, the beading isn't flush on most windows and the sealant between the frame parts on the windows that needed replacing looks like it's been done by someone having a go for the first time: as a keen DIY'er, if I'd completed a job to that standard, I'd have started again. Genuinely appalling and frankly, I find it hard to believe this company survives given reviews on other platforms.
