Supercraft Windows

Supercraft replaced all our doors and windows in three days. All the windows and doors are of very high quality and look excellent. The service from start to finish was very good from the first enquiry to the finish. We can not fault Martin and Justin who fitted the doors and windows. They consulted us about everything and completed the work on time with absolutely no mess left behind. We felt that they respected both ourselves and our home. Therefore we can recommend Supercraft to anyone who would like efficient, excellent work for their home.

All at Supercraft were very helpful and we highly recommend them. In our bungalow, we have a bay window, bedroom & kitchen windows, bathroom with digital style glass, large patio doors and a back door with an integral blind. A new porch layout with central 'Etna' blue composite door and opaque side panels. We were advised on window styles and all the accessories and, even after we changed our mind on some items (we wanted the acoustic glass to minimise any external noise) they gave a clear breakdown of cost and timescale to completion. They informed us of the delay in getting our composite door and gave us a date to fix it. In the meantime, a Surveyor called and he gave excellent advice and we made a few more changes as a result. The fitters, Martin & Justin arrived on time and were very professional, so helpful and communication was excellent to clarify any issues. They were very pleasant and cleared up any mess leaving a clean site. We had a follow-up visit by Andrew to replace one window? He too was very helpful, tidy and very pleasant. All the fitters are a credit to Supercraft. All the staff at the showroom have been excellent and the follow-up paperwork and FENSA certification has been satisfactorily completed. We have had many compliments on the finish and our new front door has transformed the look of our home. We would not hesitate in recommending them to others. A 5* from us.

From point of order to the final fitting I cannot recommend Supercraft highly enough. At point of order we were advised on styles, suitable accessories and given a detailed breakdown of cost and timescale to completion. Surveyor visited as agreed and was incredibly helpful and informative. Communication was excellent and lead time was less than expected. Fitters were very professional, pleasant and left no mess. They surpassed all expectations and the final product was of excellent quality and just what we wanted. All staff that we had dealings with, whether in the showroom, via telephone or in person were amazing and we would definitely use them again and we have no reservation in recommending them to others.

From getting a quote to the fitting of the windows I ordered I was more than satisfied with the service. I was given a clear breakdown of costs of different fittings so that I could decide what I wanted. When there was a delay due to their suppliers I had a letter of apology including the option to cancel. In the event the delay was not as long as first thought. The team of fitters were excellent. They arrived early morning and it was a joy to watch their teamwork! There was no mess if it wasn’t for the fact that I had two new windows you would not have known that they had been here. The windows themselves are beautiful. Am recommending them to all my friends.

Fab value composite door fitted we are so pleased with the look, quality and overall service from Supercraft!!! We had front door fitted previously and Supercraft did such a fab job we ordered back door too. Really chuffed with price , service and fab fitters. Highly recommended. I am very pleased with the work done. They were prompt, efficient and tidy. The windows and roof were completed in 3 days and the plasterer did his job in another day.

Super craft windows came to replace my old sliding patio doors with modern bespoke Bi-fold Doors. They turned up bang on time and removed the old sliding patio doors without fuss cleaning all the mess up as they went along. The new Bi-fold doors were promptly fitted with all the work professionally done in the time they had specified. All the seals were neat and tidy and everything was cleaned down once the work was complete. I received a demonstration of how the doors operated and the work area was left clean and tidy. The Bi-fold doors arrived as described by the company and fitted as per my instructions and at the price I had agreed on. The doors have enhanced the look of my property and I could not be happier with the quality of the doors and the work done.

From the moment of meeting the owner of the Company and placing my order, everything was of a very high standard. I was kept informed at all times of all details in terms of changes and dates. The workmanship of the builders, plasterers, electricians and fitters was also of the highest standard. The timing of the different skilled traders was excellent and I was not left waiting at any time. This has been a faultless service throughout with excellent customer care from all members of staff.

Tim fitted a window in my garage. He was pleasant, did a very neat job and left the area tidy. I would have no hesitation using Supercraft again.

Supercraft supplied and fitted our new composite endurance door. They quoted a very competitive price and supplied and fitted to 5 star plus standard. We are thrilled with our beautiful new door and fanlight. Supercraft choice of door style, glazing, colour etc is fantastic. We recently had a solid roof conservatory fitted by Supercraft, we decided to go with this company as they have been in business for quite a number of years. Neama dealt with us throughout the whole process. The communication and advice was excellent. The work carried out was to a very high standard, Ian and Dave have done a fabulous job, very professional and quality workmanship. The after sales service is excellent any issues were quickly resolved. I would highly recommend them in the future to anyone wanting windows doors and conservatories . The new addition to our home is such a nice usable space.

Yesterday I had a new front door fitted by Supercraft. It looks absolutely stunning and is black composite. From start to finish communication has been professional and courteous- even paying was painless (well fairly!) The standard of fitting is superb and although I was not at home, the fitters had cleaned up beautifully. I was recommended Supercraft by my friend- whose whole family swear by them and they certainly did not disappoint. I would thoroughly recommend :) Can't wait for the first person to use my knocker!!

We had an old hardwood, lean-to conservatory which was boiling in summer and freezing in winter, we had it replaced with uPVC with a solid roof on. From start to finish everyone was very polite and professional, we are so happy with the results we spend most of our time in there now, it’s an extra room

Just had our Windows replaced by Supercraft and they have done a brilliant job, Mark and Andy the fitters were polite efficient, and very tidy. The Showroom staff were all very helpful I would highly recommend this company.

We wanted to replace our tired timber windows and patio doors and after much research, including checking reviews, etc... we chose Supercraft to do the work. We had opted for the Residence 7 range as we wanted a flush finish both inside and out. The process itself was pretty straightforward with the surveyor measuring up and finalising the specification. A fitting date was subsequently agreed and the fitters, John & Gareth duly arrived on the allotted day. It was a big job with 6 days work ahead of them and they completed it brilliantly. They cleared away as they went along and as each window was installed they made sure that everything was left as it was when they arrived. There was little clearing up to do after them. Brilliant! The finish has completely transformed the look our our house and we are delighted with the end result.

Well done to the whole team for being professional, patient and knowledgeable. We spent a great deal of time researching doors and went back to Supercraft to place our order due to all our questions being answered with understanding and consideration. The surveyor was particularly through so too the sales team who made suggestions to improve the overall dynamics. The door itself is strong, attractive and has made the home more secure and from both the interior and exterior, more attractive.

Initial visit to our home and follow up measurement visit were great . Job had to be delayed because of covid but, we were contacted when lockdown was eased. We were having our patio door replaced and this could be done with virtually no house intrusion. Workmen arrived on time and finished as scheduled. Very happy with everything. Would recommend.

I am very pleased with my replacement windows and impressed with the short time it took. The two men worked methodically, cleanly and didn’t waste time. They took all the old windows and any rubbish away. I found everyone I came into contact with very pleasant and efficient.
