We chose Supercraft as they did a superb job on our daughters 1920's house. The showroom had a great range of doors on display and we chose a stable door to replace our aluminium faced back door. Staff were very friendly, nothing too much trouble and the asssessor came out to measure promptly. We did feel we had to call them for a fitting date after hearing nothing for a few weeks. The fitters arrived bright and early, very friendly and careful workers. All mess was cleaned up and taken away. I had to ask them to fit a trim on the outside as a white line was visible where the previous doorframe was. I was surprised they did not do this without my asking. The finished door looks great, fits well and is very well made. We are very pleased with it. So, I would absolutely recommend Supercraft. Quality products, friendly staff.

A professional quotation process, superb advice and order placement with Faz. Minor delay in starting installation due a manufacturing delay over Xmas but total quality when Mark and Gavin transformed the old polycarbonate conservatory to a modern solid roof. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble to this two man team who worked through some of the worst January weather you could experience. As an engineer I have a very keen eye for detail and on final inspection I could not find a single fault and can only praise the quality of the finished item. Specifically the joint seals and window board trims which can so often be unsightly have been expertly installed. The support from Phil the electrician and Andy the plasterer has been outstanding and the team has involved everyone involved in the project to minimise the disruption. My expectations have been well exceeded and we can only highly recommend Supercraft to any potential customer.

We recently had two bay windows installed, and right from the first contact we have had excellent service from everyone concerned. The team who actually fitted the windows were friendly and worked swiftly, before leaving they cleared away any debris, and although we expected the need to redecorate, this was absolutely unnecessary. Would highly recommend Supercraft, they ensure that they keep in contact with the customer, which is so important.

Today super craft completed the 3rd job replacing the windows doors and conservatory at my home near Stone. My wife and I are very pleased with the complete experience of selecting our choices with Faz, the care in explaining our fitting chioces, Andy and today the fitters Ian and Dave made a great job of fitting. I had new doors/windows fitted throughout the house - 3 days work in all. The two workmen were polite, introducing themselves on arrival. They worked quickly efficiently and even changed their work plan to suit me when a problem arose, it was explained fully and what was to be done. they finished on-time . Excellent job and workmen

We are delighted with our finished product. From start to finish, the workmen have been excellent- from Bill and Paul, the builders, to Trevor and Nick, the fitters, Woody, the plasterer and Phil the electrician, nothing was too much trouble for any of them. Our experience from quotation to completion was excellent. The professionalism and integrity of the owners was mirrored by their employees and associates. We had a new front door & French doors to the bedroom. The standard of work was excellent. Two extremely skilled fitters. They worked cleanly, left no mess. Workmen arrived on time and replaced 2 Windows and French doors. They did an excellent job, leaving everywhere clean and tidy. One small fanlight was found to be cracked and a new one was ordered there and then. We have used Supercraft previously and find the company a joy to do business with. There is no hard sell, just sensible advice and a good price for quality products and workmanship. We would definitely recommend.
