I had 7 windows and patio doors fitted over 2 days. The fitters were totally professional and did all they could to keep mess to a minimum - dust sheets over all areas from minute one. Attention to detail and not being satisfied until they were sure everything was right, gave me confidence in the work and product. The pre - work experience - showroom, workers were all pressure free and I would expect any after care to be in keeping with my experience to date.

My job was booked through Supercraft & they have been excellent. From the first visit when my ideas were discussed and a quotation done. Right the way through everything has ran smoothly, even in very bad weather. The gentleman called Fab is so patient, polite & helpful & so very courteous. Every time I called him, he re-assured me & advised me. The 2 builders were great - again, polite, hard working & very punctual. Could not fault any of the staff. All great.

The whole experience has been a pleasure. After having a bad experience with another so called professional double glazing/conservatory, I was very anxious. I'm never keen on having workmen in my house... but Andy and Andy were polite, discreet and pleasant from the word go. Punctual, worked hard even in Beast from the East and Storm Emma. They were quiet, professional considerate and cleaned up after themselves when I am sure that they were 1/2 frozen and exhausted. Obviously early days to comment on the windows themselves but they look lovely and we're very warm. Thank you. Supercraft were not the cheapest quote we had but at this moment I feel that they were most definitely worth it. They even refused to construct an orangery for us as they felt (due to the site) it would not be up to a standard that they would happy to put their name to. Thank you again Neroli, David and John

This is the second time we have used Supercraft Windows. The same two very pleasant and friendly young men arrived 30 mins before to ask where they wanted to start. As my wife is in a wheelchair 24/7 they accommodated her and worked around her to make sure she was kept warm. Their work is first class, so much so when I paid the bill today, I've ordered another window with them! Well done
