Surrey Removals provided an excellent service from the initial quotation, through the preparation and the actual move to tidying up the loose ends afterwards. All their management and staff did excellent work and were always helpful and careful.

We used Surrey Hills Removals following recommendations on the local Facebook page. We were very pleased with the professional and friendly service. Communication with head office was easy and helpful. The removals team were with us for 3 days and worked very hard. They took care with our possessions and were pleasant and considerate.

An excellent service provided from beginning to end by all members of our removal team. The team demonstrated efficiency, great communication skills and attention to detail and ensured that we were moved to our new home address in a kindly and friendly manner. There was good humour all the way, even when a hiccup occurred in the completion process and our impressions of them were first rate. They listened fully to our requirements throughout the process, taking time to double check packing and placing needs and were very supportive throughout the move.

Really great experience from quote through to box pick up. Very straight forward, no hidden charges, the team kept in touch while we played the waiting game on dates, but didn't hassle. And then, the move. What a great bunch of guys. Worked really hard, communicated expectations well, brilliant with the dog :-) Felt like a service plus. They didn't just move us, but when we realised a couple of bits of furniture were in the wrong place, they were happy to move them. They didn't grumble about the rain or the horrible hill they had to climb to get to our new house. You will struggle to find better more friendly service! Also great vans - particularly the Lutons!

Moving house is always incredibly stressful. There are numerous things to think about and the removal service is one of the most important bits, but always seems to be left to the last minute. My moving dates kept jumping all over the place, which meant that I eventually had to find a company to move me out within a week. I called Surrey Hills - no problem. To be fair that was mainly luck, but the service that I received from them was second to none. Nothing was too difficult. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was incredibly polite. I required 6 weeks storage of my household goods before I moved into my new house. It wasn't a problem. The team that moved me out and back in was extremely efficient, clean and polite. I was well-informed on the service and price from the start through to the last box being delivered. I cannot recommend Surrey Hills enough - thank you for making that bit of my move the easiest.

I have already recommended Surry Hills to others. Throughout the conveyancing process they were very understanding and flexible. For the move itself, the team of three (Will, Tom and Tom) were very friendly, worked extremely hard and everything went extremely well. We even had a brand new shiny removals lorry.

I can't speak highly enough of Surrey Hills Removals, they helped me move into my new home and were a fantastic support. They initially came to quote and were very personable and polite and came up with good suggestions. They managed the move very well and over a number of days, packing up and yet allowing us enough essentials to stay overnight.
