Very thorough cleaning of my double oven including shelves and grill pan. Proper cover sheets put down to ensure floor stayed clean and all carried out with minimum of fuss. Offered and accepted additional item (carbon sheet to capture spills) which will reduce residue on oven floor in future. Very happy with the work and the operative and would certainly recommend to anyone needing the same service.

This was the first time that I have used Sussex Oven Cleaners, but not the last. The good points were: Quick and efficient booking, the operator arrived on time, the work done cheerfully and without complaint, notwithstanding that the oven (a Lacanche double oven) had not been fully cleaned for several years and now looks as new. The bad points were: None.

Shaun came to clean my Neff double oven and Bosch gas hob yesterday. He was so thorough and did a brilliant job, even though it took longer than he anticipated as he hadn’t cleaned this model before and encountered a problem with removing one panel on the main oven door.The price quoted including the VAT was well worth it and I won’t hesitate to recommend the company to others.

Super job done by Nathan. Our Neff double oven looks brand new again. What I particularly liked about this company was that there were no chemical smells left when we put the ovens on afterwards. This was because no nasty chemicals had been used on the oven in the kitchen during cleaning. Lastly, apart from a beautifully cleaned oven, you would not know that Nathan had spent over a couple of hours in the kitchen. Everything was left spotless and as it was before he arrived. First rate work and result for double oven, hob and part extractor. The work did take longer than expected but results were better than previous shorter ones, but overall entirely worth it. A very good and highly commendable experience.

At no stage were any toxic chemicals brought into the house - all the removable parts were taken out and cleaned in his van. The oven and hob were left gleaming and as clean as when they were fitted five years ago. When he finished, the whole area was wiped down and the worktops and floor left spotless. Adrian is very personable and we had plenty of interesting conversations. He spent three hours on our range's two ovens and grill and by the time he was finished it looked as good as the day it was delivered. I thought our previous guy was good but Adrian is in a different league.

Honestly, I wish I'd known about this years ago. Mat did a fantastic job on my very grubby oven, ready for the family moving into my house. He was punctual, cheerful and worked incredibly hard for 90 minutes. I will be booking him again when I move and probably annually after that. I can't fault the company. My ovens weren't very dirty but needed a spring clean. The work was done efficiently and my ovens are sparkling clean. I also had my extractor cleaned. I was pleased to receive beforehand instructions to ensure the employee was in a covid safe environment. He also wore a mask. I have no hesitation in recommending the company.

When we moved into our new house the oven that we were left with was more than a bit sticky and some of the gas rings were of questionable colour. However, after being cleaned thoroughly I couldn't have been happier with the results, shiny glass, clean tops and gas ring stands no longer coated in greasy black stuff, in fact the largest ring was so clean it was amazing; no wonder I was trilling with joy over the success. Mat was polite and courteous and long suffering; it wasn't a short job, but one that was very well done. Next time the oven is looking a bit grim we'll be back in touch. Thank you!!

Tom came and cleaned my Hob and oven on Friday and I have been blown away with how amazing it looks. It looks brand new. Tom was polite, professional and informative. He changed my oven bulb for me free of charge and suggested a different seal for my oven as mine was broken and I had bought a universal one from espares, Tom sent me a link to the actual one from Candy, which is the brand of my oven. Sussex Oven Cleaning came out to clean my oven today and I am delighted with the results and the service. Adrian arrived on time and was really personable and friendly as well as professional. Absolutely delighted with the efficient and friendly service provided by Tom during this Covid threatening timeline. We see the price of our Stoves 1100DFa Dual Range Cooker purchased in April 2005 was £818.99. The replacement cost today would be in the region of £3000. Several years ago we had overheating of the connection box to the mains and our electrician replaced the manufacturers unit with a more substantial one. Buyspares provided us promptly with a couple of panel knobs which had plastic fatigue and we saw they still stocked parts we might be likely to need. With this in mind we decided to have the oven professionally cleaned. We were surprised and delighted that the £140 "clean" was so thorough and took over three hours. The end result was a range cooker with an appearance restored to nearly new. THANK YOU! I was really pleased with the results of having our bbq cleaned. The job took a couple of hours, so a thorough job was done... Which could be seen in the results. We moved to a house and the previous owners left the oven in a real state! No amount of elbow grease or use of a home cleaning kit would do the job. We called the experts in and Tom from the Sussex Oven Cleaning company got to work. He took all the removable parts off that needed to be cleaned in the tank in his van, then he got to work on the range. Tom even took the knobs off and removed the gunge and grease from them. He did a brilliant job on the extractor fan, the grill, our 7 hob burners and the two ovens on the previously filthy range cooker. The oven looked like brand new afterwards and he took great care and attention to detail. A truly outstanding service!

I contacted for a quote and they explained clearly how much everything would be and gave useful advice about the extractor. They were able to offer a suitable time a week later. They were prompt, friendly and very efficient. I am very pleased with the quality of their work, my oven looks like new!

I arranged an appointment. They turned up on time and completed the work unsupervised. The oven is an AGA gas and electric (not traditional AGA) situated in a Club kitchen. It is nearly two years old. Range and associated racks etc now look like new!

I’m really pleased with the way my oven was cleaned today, Adrian was punctual, polite and very thorough, cleaning my oven very well indeed, thank you 😀

Had my Rangemaster professionally cleaned by a very polite chap Joel. Professional in an understatement, deep down I didn’t believe that my cooker would look ‘as good as new’ but it truly does. 4.5 hours spent cleaning 2 ovens, 6 hob and extractor. All features cleaned, bulbs renewed. No mess as all surfaces covered and trays/shelves treated outside in his van. Cannot recommend enough, only problem is now I don’t want to cook as I don’t want to make it look dirty!

This is the kind of service where you don't need to write much, because everything happened exactly as you hoped for: Punctual, friendly, clean, efficient, good value, and perfectly executed. Enough said!

Now that I am getting less able it was a pleasure to have someone come in to clean our ovens. The work was completed thoroughly and efficiently, and it was a delight to see the ovens gleaming clean like new. Will certainly be doing it again.

Joel from Sussex Oven Cleaning has just literally completed cleaning our 12 year old Rayburn Heatranger. He promptly arrived as agreed at 9am and got on with the task in hand in a quiet professional manner. I can honestly say the Rayburn looks like new, plus the kitchen area around the Rayburn was not left in a dirty state after the work was completed, in fact its cleaner than it was. Really impressed with the quality of the clean on our oven. Lived in a student house for a year and the oven did not get cleaned once. Wasn’t sure how clean they would be able to get it but Sussex Oven Cleaning manages to get it looking brand new! Would really recommend, especially for students who have left it till the end of the year!

A double electric oven and extractor were thoroughly cleaned to a high standard , the cooker now looks as new, and both overhead lights now work. There was no smell and no mess, a really good job.

Never used the service before today but extremely happy with results. Booking the call was quick and easy on a Monday, the gentleman who came was very polite, there was no messing around straight to work. He covered the floor and got going on it. It took about an hour and the results were amazing nearly like new I mean I was really happily surprised with it. 😮 The real test was my wife and she is ecstatic with the results but I am in the dog house for not getting it that good when I tried.🤣 The one thing that I noticed straight away was the chap took his shoes off before coming in. 👍 I can honestly say I will be using the service again and will book it for 6 months tine. 👍👍 Great work fantastic results, would recommend to my friends.
