As a HETAS approved member of the 'Guild of Master Chimney Sweeps' we have been professionally trained and assessed in all aspects of solid fuel. SweepSmart has passed the vigorous assessments needed to become a 'Which? trusted trader' and have achieved the rank of Master Sweep with the Guild.

Thank SweepSmart, for the professional and efficient service that was undertaken yesterday to inspect, advise and carry out work on my chimney. This was my first time using your company and I found Tony to be very professional in his manner, polite and knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. Paul came to clean our chimney today, and assess what work needed doing to install a log burner. Paul was extremely quick and proficient and very willing to give advice on not only the fireplace that was being cleaned but also another fireplace in the house, which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend! The price is also very reasonable

From even before arranging my first appointment with SweepSmart I was very impressed at how professional and efficient their system is. Very quick to respond through an online portal as well as following up by text and email. Same high level of communication throughout the entire procedure. Outstanding service and consideration from Tony. absolutely nothing was too much trouble and explained what he was doing at every stage. It made sense for him to carry out the additional work (at our request) to fit a chimney guard. Again this work was also completed on the day.

Tony and his colleague worked very hard to clear 2 chimney flues that were the possible cause of a damp problem. They explained the procedure throughout the process and kept me informed. It was good to see the images from the camera investigation which was very helpful. The work was carried out in a calm and efficient manner and the rooms were left very clean and tidy. I would certainly recommend using this company. Many thanks to all concerned.

Really easy to book, with great availability of timings. Communication was clear throughout and guidance on how to prepare / what to expect was really useful.
