I commissioned a Chimney Inspection report as I am hoping to have a wood burning stove installed. Tony arrived on time, took care not to create any mess and worked professionally throughout. What I really appreciated was that when he found problems in the flue he took the time to communicate with me and actually show me on the video screen what was going on up the chimney, and discussed what the possible remedies would be. It was a pleasure to deal with someone intelligent who clearly took care in his work and that I felt I could trust. The office staff I dealt with over the phone were also very friendly and professional. My overall impression is that this is an excellent company.

Only a one week wait for an appointment. Given a 2 hour arrival slot with updates plus tracking information on the day. Adam arrived promptly, was cheerful and kept everything spotlessly clean. Explained clearly what he was doing and provided useful general information about use of wood burners. Very efficiently done. Certificate of Completion provided and able to pay online via a simple link provided. Would definitely recommend and use their services again.

I couldn’t have been happier with the service we had from SweepSmart. Neighbours had warned us that we would have to expect a long wait for an appointment but everything worked smoothly from the discussions with the office right through to payment. There was a problem with one chimney which Tony explained very clearly and we now know what we need to do to solve it. One chimney was very straightforward. The work was done efficiently with no mess left. The last chimney we had asked for an inspection, and we were very much part of the process so we felt completely confident in the findings and recommendation. We will definitely be happy to use SweepSmart again in future.

Booking process was no problem, you get a 2 hr slot notification a couple days before & then they let you know when they are on their way. First time we’d had a chimney swept & Adam was really helpful & informative, explaining how it all works. Work was all done without any mess or problems. Would definitely use again & recommend Adam.

Faith could not have been more helpful when I booked a chimney sweep for my Mum's address. The first appointment sadly had to be cancelled due the snowfall and dangerous road conditions but when I explained this situation of my elderly Mother Faith managed to book in an urgent appointment. Great service, the attendant was very clean and professional. Would highly recommend.

We had scheduled a chimney sweep for 5 fireplaces in our house - 1 functioning and 4 non-functioning. When Adam arrived he was really fast, polite & tidy with sweeping the functioning fireplace. He then took a look at the other 4 and let me know that there was no soot so no need to sweep them. It was tremendously kind & professional and saved us a lot of money. He also recommended what we should be doing to solve a smoke smell that was coming from the functioning fireplace. On the whole, he was punctual, thorough and incredibly kind & honest. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Swept flue for wood burning stove. Efficient booking service, text reminders and alert when operative on the way. Paul and his assistant were polite, efficient, and careful with the carpets, etc. Everything was very clean when they finished. The certificate includes photos of e.g. chimney stack, smoke test, etc. In addition, Paul checked the carbon monoxide alarm and gave advice on where it should be situated (which I didn't know) and also left a thermostat which helps you to monitor the optimum rate at which to keep the fire burning. Very reasonable price. Excellent service.

This is the first time I have used SweepSmart but it certainly won't be the last time. I received a text stating what time my sweep was due. Tony turned up on time and was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I asked him if he knew how much it would cost to install a multi fuel burner. He gave me a rough idea and also explained what may be needed. When Tony left there was no mess whatsoever. I you need a sweep or have a stove please please please use SweepSmart they are exceptional.
