We needed our chimney sweeping for the first time and chose SweepSmart because of their excellent reviews. We were not disappointed. From the first point of contact, everything has been professional, efficient and friendly. Adam arrived when he said he would, having both emailed and texted before the appointment in plenty of time for me to arrange work. He used lots of groundsheets to protect my floors and furniture but made no mess whatsoever. I now have a certificate and before and after photos. Not only was the chimney swept, but my Carbon Monoxide alarm was checked and the smoke draw was tested. A really excellent, modern service which I will be using again next year and beyond. Thank you - I highly recommend.

Adam visited us this morning to sweep our chimney for our multi-fuel stove. Adams's work and his knowledge and help was vast and way superior to any previous sweeps we have had, so we will certainly NOT be using anyone but Smartsweep in the future. Wish I had known that this company also fits stoves, as I would have used them to fit my stove initially as their attention to detail is superb. Paul turned up on time, after clear communication before the job. He had all his equipment ready and looked at our chimney and diagnosed the source of the issue very quickly. He left no mess whatsoever and explained everything in language I could understand. The follow up report with photos is very useful. Would recommend their services without hesitation.

Very impressed with Sweep Smart from start to finish. Customer Service (from booking process to appointment reminders, accurate tracking and arrival time, and post appointment follow-up) was exemplary. Tony and his assistant were friendly and super efficient, and tidied up thoroughly after sweeping flue of my wood burning stove, which they left much cleaner than they found it (glass front was sparkling). I’d had a referral to SweepSmart from another sweep who wasnt able to do a camera survey for me. No higher value for me than that. After making the appointment I was notified of an approximate window for the job on the day and then a more detailed arrival time on the actual day. I found this level of customer focus a big positive as I was able to manage my time around this. Every attention was made to keeping my floors and carpets clean whilst working on the job. The actual sweep proved difficult because the flew was not standard but the guys were extremely thorough in trying to understand this and to give me the best possible view of the issue I had. Tony who conducted the job was very professional and even gave me a follow up call the next day to explain that he had completed some further research on my issue and to explain options available to me. Above and beyond. An excellent service I would not hesitate to use again or refer on.

We have been regular customers of this fantastic company for a few years. All staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very competent. They are extremely tidy and polite. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Their charges are very competitive for such a professional service. They provide a safety certificate on completion. Very satisfied customer.

Fast clean and efficient. Careful in ensuring no soot enters the room and swept a very tall chimney. A lot of soot but cleaned efficiently and left spotless. Smoke tested and working well. Good advice on Carbon monoxide alarm, where to place and how it responds.

My chimney needed a clean and safety check as it hadn't been used for many years. It also needed a bird guard to stop nesting and birds coming down it and getting trapped. I contacted Sweep smart and could not be happier with their service. Very polite, pleasant and professional people. They arrived on time, did a thorough job, left absolutely no mess whatsoever and answered all my questions. They even reduced their fee without me having to ask when it became apparent that some of the work they had quoted for was not needed. I commissioned a Chimney Inspection report as I am hoping to have a wood burning stove installed. Tony arrived on time, took care not to create any mess and worked professionally throughout. What I really appreciated was that when he found problems in the flue he took the time to communicate with me and actually show me on the video screen what was going on up the chimney, and discussed what the possible remedies would be. It was a pleasure to deal with someone intelligent who clearly took care in his work and that I felt I could trust. The office staff I dealt with over the phone were also very friendly and professional. My overall impression is that this is an excellent company.

Only a one week wait for an appointment. Given a 2 hour arrival slot with updates plus tracking information on the day. Adam arrived promptly, was cheerful and kept everything spotlessly clean. Explained clearly what he was doing and provided useful general information about use of wood burners. Very efficiently done. Certificate of Completion provided and able to pay online via a simple link provided. Would definitely recommend and use their services again.

I couldn’t have been happier with the service we had from SweepSmart. Neighbours had warned us that we would have to expect a long wait for an appointment but everything worked smoothly from the discussions with the office right through to payment. There was a problem with one chimney which Tony explained very clearly and we now know what we need to do to solve it. One chimney was very straightforward. The work was done efficiently with no mess left. The last chimney we had asked for an inspection, and we were very much part of the process so we felt completely confident in the findings and recommendation. We will definitely be happy to use SweepSmart again in future.

Booking process was no problem, you get a 2 hr slot notification a couple days before & then they let you know when they are on their way. First time we’d had a chimney swept & Adam was really helpful & informative, explaining how it all works. Work was all done without any mess or problems. Would definitely use again & recommend Adam.

Faith could not have been more helpful when I booked a chimney sweep for my Mum's address. The first appointment sadly had to be cancelled due the snowfall and dangerous road conditions but when I explained this situation of my elderly Mother Faith managed to book in an urgent appointment. Great service, the attendant was very clean and professional. Would highly recommend.
