Although the outcome wasn't what I wanted the service received from SweepSmart was spot on. Professional, polite, punctual and thorough. I'm very glad I opted for the new home owner check from this company rather than just a chimney sweep from anyone else as I wouldn't have discovered that the flu is potentially dangerous to use without carrying out repairs. They were very helpful and guided me through what options I had going forward. Thank you for the service.

SweepSmart were on time, polite, efficient and clean. I had three chimneys swept and not a speck of soot was seen in the house after the sweeping was completed. The bags of removed soot I kept for my garden.

This is the second time I’ve used Sweepsmart (previously used Mr Cole whose business was taken over by them a few years ago). Excellent, on time, professionally done. The new invoicing system, and inclusion of photos in the certificate, is a great advance.

Sweepsmart kept us informed as to when they would arrive. Adam was extremely polite and told us exactly what he was doing. He saved us some money as he did not have to carry out a full clean as he expected to. The work was carried out extremely efficiently and the room was spotlessly clean on completion of the work Would use again and thoroughly recommend.

Booked Sweepsmart for a new homeowner chimney service and they've been impressive throughout. Friendly customer service who even managed to switch my appointment for an earlier date when I had to rearrange, live tracking to see arrival time on the day, and a very thorough and informative service by Paul, who spent extra time to double check everything was safe. The certificate was sent through the same evening Will definitely be booking in for a sweep with them next year :)

Had our chimney swept this morning by Adam. We’ve recently moved into a new house which was left in a not so great state. Originally booked a standard chimney clean but there was a nest found. Adam was very honest about what the costs etc would be to have the nest removed and continue with the work which I was happy to do due to having been given all the information there and then. All round great service and will be using sweep smarts services again in the future.

This is the first time we have used sweepsmart and we would have no hesitation in recommending them. The communication regarding the appointment was timely, informative and professional. The communication prior to the appointment, as a reminder, was efficient and welcome. Again on the day of the appointment another message was sent to let us know he was on his way. The job was done very professionally and with no mess at all. He also advised us when we should have the chimney re-swept. In addition the glass front of the burner was cleaned and now looks like new! A professional, friendly, efficient and reasonably priced service. We could not fault it in any way.

Adam carried out work (flue swept on multi fuel burner). He was excellent, knowledgeable, very proficient, fully equipped with all the gear including dust sheets etc, even left me the soot for my garden (slug repellent!). Unreservedly recommended.

Arrived on time as arranged, a clean and professional service from the dust sheets Adam put down first as he came in. Nothing was too much trouble and Adam gave me some handy tips on maintaining my fire. I am more than happy to recommend Adam and the company he works for.

This is the first time I have used SweepSmart and I was extremely impressed - from the initial phone call to book an appointment up until paying the invoice. The lady who took my call was extremely friendly and efficient. I received a couple of reminders by text and email about the appointment and a further text this morning giving me a time of arrival. Although I wasn't present whilst the work was done, my partner couldn't speak more highly of Adam and what a good job he carried out - I don't think the chimney or woodburner has ever been so clean!!!! After Adam had left I had an email enclosing the invoice and certificate (with accompanying photographs). Even paying the invoice was extremely straightforward and easy. I will definitely use SweepSmart again and would highly recommend them.

We received excellent service from the Sweepsmart. Appointment booking was easy, and the on-the-day tracking of their arrival they provide makes things very time efficient. Having recently moved in, we “inherited” a log burner which we wanted to ensure the chimney was in a good condition before using properly. Adam not only did a great job with the inspection and sweep, he took the time to give us an idiot’s guide on how to use the burner and made a few repairs to the some of the log burner parts. He left the house tidy, with the log burner gleaming (and the glass screen spotless). I highly recommend the team, and intend to continue using their services

Sweep Smart were excellent from start to finish. The booking was straightforward and although I had to wait because they were so busy, they arrived exactly on time at the specified date, were totally professional, carried out the job in a timely manner, were clean and tidy and fantastic in every way.
