Arrived on time as arranged, a clean and professional service from the dust sheets Adam put down first as he came in. Nothing was too much trouble and Adam gave me some handy tips on maintaining my fire. I am more than happy to recommend Adam and the company he works for.

This is the first time I have used SweepSmart and I was extremely impressed - from the initial phone call to book an appointment up until paying the invoice. The lady who took my call was extremely friendly and efficient. I received a couple of reminders by text and email about the appointment and a further text this morning giving me a time of arrival. Although I wasn't present whilst the work was done, my partner couldn't speak more highly of Adam and what a good job he carried out - I don't think the chimney or woodburner has ever been so clean!!!! After Adam had left I had an email enclosing the invoice and certificate (with accompanying photographs). Even paying the invoice was extremely straightforward and easy. I will definitely use SweepSmart again and would highly recommend them.

We received excellent service from the Sweepsmart. Appointment booking was easy, and the on-the-day tracking of their arrival they provide makes things very time efficient. Having recently moved in, we “inherited” a log burner which we wanted to ensure the chimney was in a good condition before using properly. Adam not only did a great job with the inspection and sweep, he took the time to give us an idiot’s guide on how to use the burner and made a few repairs to the some of the log burner parts. He left the house tidy, with the log burner gleaming (and the glass screen spotless). I highly recommend the team, and intend to continue using their services

The booking was straightforward and although I had to wait because they were so busy, they arrived exactly on time at the specified date, were totally professional, carried out the job in a timely manner, were clean and tidy and fantastic in every way. I will wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who wants to have a chimney swept or have a wood burner installed. First rate service and absolute value for money.

From the 1st contact to enquire about the cost through to Adam attending has been great. Responses to e mails are prompt and informative. Then booked the day and given a 2 hr window and a reminder and turned up on time. He prepared the site using floor coverings and went to work. We hadn't had the chimney swept for quite a few years and he had to persevere at times but eventually got to see the brush at the top of the chimney. Left it all very clean afterwards so unable to criticise any part of the service. The documents were e mailed through and paid them online later in the day. Happy to recommend them to anyone and would use them again without hesitation.

Never disappointed when Paul visits. He does a great job - quick, efficient, punctual. The pre-visit communications and reminders are very helpful, and the payment and issue of the Certificate was painless and done on the spot. Adam arrived when arranged, was cheery and friendly and set everything up right away to get going. We chatted and he was very knowledgeable about his trade and was even able to make suggestions and recommendations when plied with questions about our log burner and his suggestions for how we might approach heating our home once we'd extended our bottom floor. The sweep itself was quick, clean, and thorough. Adam showed the deposits removed from the chimney and eased our mind that we'd been burning correctly and efficiently through his analysis of the soot which he'd removed. The invoice was sent while he was still in the house which included the GoMCS certificate as well as a link to pay online. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Outstanding.

Finally got around to getting my chimney swept having put it off thinking it would be messy and expensive. I couldn't be more wrong. The booking was done easily on line and the quote given was very reasonable. Adam from SweepSmart arrived on time and quickly put down dust sheets and got to work. When he had finished, not only was the carpet still spotless but I could almost eat my dinner off the grate! Pics taken up the chimney also showed how much soot had been removed. I feel much safer now in putting on the fire - with rising gas prices I think I will be using it much more this winter. Many thanks to Adam and SweepSmart.

I had no idea where to go for a chimney sweep, so I looked around various websites. When I clicked onto Sweepsmart, the auto-responder asked how it could help. I was able to post basic details and soon had full response. Thereafter, the back office was clear at every stage (much relief for that). Paul was on time, concerned not to be blocking any drive entrances, and then did a great job. Top class.

We were very impressed with the service before Paul arrived. We received reminders leading up to the allocated day, and also not only on the day but a text to say he was on the way, 45 minutes before the appointment.
