On time, clean and very professional. Gave good advice on maintenance of the wood burner and the carbon monoxide monitor.

Adam arrived when arranged, was cheery and friendly and set everything up right away to get going. We chatted and he was very knowledgeable about his trade and was even able to make suggestions and recommendations when plied with questions about our log burner and his suggestions for how we might approach heating our home once we'd extended our bottom floor. The sweep itself was quick, clean, and thorough. Adam showed the deposits removed from the chimney and eased our mind that we'd been burning correctly and efficiently through his analysis of the soot which he'd removed. The invoice was sent while he was still in the house which included the GoMCS certificate as well as a link to pay online. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Outstanding.

Finally got around to getting my chimney swept having put it off thinking it would be messy and expensive. I couldn't be more wrong. The booking was done easily on line and the quote given was very reasonable. Adam from SweepSmart arrived on time and quickly put down dust sheets and got to work. When he had finished, not only was the carpet still spotless but I could almost eat my dinner off the grate! Pics taken up the chimney also showed how much soot had been removed. I feel much safer now in putting on the fire - with rising gas prices I think I will be using it much more this winter. Many thanks to Adam and SweepSmart.

I had no idea where to go for a chimney sweep, so I looked around various websites. When I clicked onto Sweepsmart, the auto-responder asked how it could help. I was able to post basic details and soon had full response. Thereafter, the back office was clear at every stage (much relief for that). Paul was on time, concerned not to be blocking any drive entrances, and then did a great job. Top class.

We were very impressed with the service before Paul arrived. We received reminders leading up to the allocated day, and also not only on the day but a text to say he was on the way, 45 minutes before the appointment. Paul arrived on time, carried out the cleaning/sweep of our wood burning stove flue with no mess whatsoever. We have not used our fireplace since we moved in, so this was our first experience of a chimney sweep. The team provided a detailed estimate and a 'what to expect' pack a few days prior to arrival. The team were quick, and left the room spotlessly clean. They took the time to talk me through some remedial action needed, with really useful advice and showed a video and some stills of the smoke draw and interior of the flue. I would definitely use them again. Very positive experience.

SweepSmart came today and swept our chimney, carrying out a camera inspection and a smoke leakage test. They were on time and patiently answered all our questions about a possible fireplace installation. They used covers for the rug and floor and were careful to leave the room clean without any trace of soot. They sent through the certificate later the same day. Everything was well organised and I am happy to recommend them.

SweepSmart did a first-rate job of sweeping out our chimney, carrying out a camera inspection and a smoke leakage test. They texted us to let us know when they would arrive, were on time and were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. The room was left clean without any trace of soot. They gave us helpful advice on how to deal with the smoke leakage, including an illustrated report and a link to a specialist company dealing with this problem. Their administration was well organised and helpful. In summary they did an excellent job for a reasonable price and I have no hesitation in recommending them highly.

Tony and his colleague were really friendly and easy to get on with right from the start. They wasted no time in ensuring they protected my home in advance of carrying out a full sweep of the large Georgian Fireplace. They ensured that they could confirm as many safety checks as possible and provided advice and recommendations on improving both safety and insulation of the fireplace. These guys are the best and are a really reasonably priced company too. Will definitely be booking them again for the next sweep.

Excellent and efficient survey from my initial enquiry to completion of the job. I was sent a reminder of the appointment three days in advance and a text message fifteen minutes before the team arrived. Every care was taken to avoid a mess.
