For the second year running SweepSmart cleaned the chimney taking care to cover the floor. Impressed with the care and attention and thorough checks on the chimney and appliance. Would recommend him without hesitation.

This is the 2nd year we have used Paul and Sweepsmart. Prompt, professional and polite service, I appreciate the text alert to say they are on their way and an ETA - really helpful when you are working at home. Paul was swift and offered useful information to help us get a more effective burn, as well as regarding our CO2 monitor.

This is the first time I have used this company and I was very impressed with the service provided. I received reminder emails of the appointment and was kept informed by text of the estimated arrival time of the Sweep (Tony) on the day. I requested a CCTV inspection of the flue in addition to the chimney being swept and both were carried out professionally, thoroughly and to a high standard. The room was left absolutely clean. I consider their charge for the work that was carried out to be very reasonable. I will definitely be using SweepSmart in the future.

I have used Paul’s services to sweep my chimney over the last few years and have been really pleased with the service. He’s really friendly and knowledgeable and provides great advice - I was considering capping some disused stacks and he talked through all the issues. You would not know he’s been as he’s really careful at cleaning up and how he moves through the house. Great value for money and superb service. Would not consider using anyone else.

Paul did a very thorough job, was punctual and polite, and left my home clean and tidy. Photographs of the chimney were provided so that I was reassured there were no blockages, and to assist with the installation of a new fire. A previous experience with the world's worst chimney sweep highlighted how professional he is, as well the importance of getting good and trustworthy people to carry out work. I have used SweepSmart for the last few years and have always found them to be reliable and professional with the service they offer. Beginning with the ease of arranging an a date and time for the team to attend, through their website to the helpful reminders and updates (on day of visit) of estimated time of arrival, you are kept informed. The cleaning of my wood burner and chimney was thorough and carried out with care and attention. I am always impressed with the preparations the team put in place to pick up all the ash and any other detritus, as well as preventing any of this from spilling out whilst they go about their work. An important point with a stove located in the living room! After the team has finished all you are left with is a small bag of ash to go into the bin for disposal. Again another good clean with the burner ready for use once more. I will use continue to use SweepSmart and am happy to recommend them to others.

Excellent service and a friendly guy. Arrived early and within the window given. Laid down floor coverings from the front door to the fireplace, thorough clean with zero mess. Took about 40 minutes, checked CO2 monitor was in place and in the right position. Gave us advice on airflow to burn the fire a little hotter. Certificate arrived by email an hour or so later. Very happy 5 stars.

I purchased a house with a log burner in it a year ago. The previous owners recommended Paul on the paperwork they left so it made sense to give him a call. I found Paul very tidy, thorough, with good advice. Very easy to book and communicate with and he was very punctual. Left the fire very tidy and laid down carpet protection. I just had my Chimney cleaned today, excellent job! Not only they were quick and left the flat very clean. They also gave me advice on a couple of issues I had with my wood burner. Highly recommended
