Professional firm with staff who want to do the right thing. My chimney needed to be cleaned, and I reached out to SweepSmart. They came around promptly to clean the chimney, but identified a bird's nest inside. The environmentally friendly nature of their service meant they would not disturb the nest, as the eggs would still be there. I was amazed that the company follows such great practices, and we rebooked for August as the little eggs would have hatched and the birds would have fled the nest. Tony came along with James, and they cleaned the chimney, left the area very clean, and ensured the birds don’t come back by protecting the chimney with a bird grate. I am very pleased with the service and will only be using them going forward. And prices are very reasonable as well. Highly recommended!!

Sweepsmart have been brilliant with us, we bought a new house and wanted an inspection on our chimney, they advised us there was a bird nest and that the work would need to be rescheduled, they also then said they would remove the nest for us on the revisit. We then had additional works done that we requested so all in all they replaced the pot, installed a cowl, removed the nest, swept the chimney and did a cctv inspection, all this work was completed so quickly and efficiently and the two guys where very helpful on all our questions we had regarding the burner. Will definitely be using again next year for our inspection and highly recommend to anyone!

I'm so glad I found Sweep Smart, every year they provide excellent service. Booking is no problem (and thanks for the June discount reminder!). Reminders that they are due and a quick update when they are close by are great. Never leave any mess at all and it's great to have a certificate demonstrating my chimney is safe. I wouldn't use anyone else. So easy to book, always arrive when they say they will, you can even track their arrival. Very clean sweep, never leave any mess and they provide pictures of your flue so you can see the before and after sweep. Certificate is provided on the day, right after they have finished! Perfect service and fairly priced.

I called the company & was impressed with the lady taking all the details for one of our rental properties, she arranged everything perfectly. I had SmartSweep to install my log burner last year and they were outstanding in every aspect of their work. The installation was carried out professionally and was all certified. The follow up service was excellent and I was sent a reminder by them that my chimney was due for cleaning.
