We’ve been using SweepSmart for a couple of years now and, as well as being excellent and knowledgeable when it comes to sweeping chimneys, lined, unlined, stoves and open fires, they’re also great at recommending and installing wood burning stoves. This was our second year of using Sweepsmart and I highly recommend them. Adam is really knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Communication is great too- we were given a 2 hour time slot when we booked and then another notification when Adam was on his way. Five stars.

SweepSmart Paul and Adam arrived bang on time. Very clear communication as to the ETA. The job was a chimney inspection and fitting of a Cowl. Adam sorted out the Cowl and was on and off the roof in no time. Cowl fitted perfect job. Paul swept the chimney from inside / living room, left it clean / spotless. Paul also explained why the chimney in my property had at the top been narrowed. Discussed lining and was given advice. Top lads.

I have used Sweepsmart for several years now. They were recommended to me by the previous owners. I wouldn't use anyone else now. Paul has swept us in the years before, today it was Tony who visited. Both have been great.

I was informed by text that the chimney sweeper will be arriving in 25 minutes which he did. Two men arrived and covered my floor in mats to protect my carpet then got on with sweeping my chimney which dident take no time at all (thorough job done) The men then installed a beam which looks very nice. In all the jobs done we’re very good and they kept my house clean and tidy. Very nice and polite men. Thank you

Professional job and Keil kept me informed from the beginning to the end of the process. Was really pleased to see how clean fireplace was afterwards, and accurate pictures left so I could see exactly what had been done. Would definately use again.

I'd booked for my regular sweep of the chimney and also to have the empty space behind the fireplace filled with thermal pellets - this was suggested on a previous visit and having received a very reasonable quote for it, I agreed for the work to happen at same time as the sweep. While Tony was doing this, he discovered a hole in the flue that connected to the fireplace in the downstairs flat; this made it a larger job, but I quickly received an amended quote and booked a second appointment for a week later. Tony then returned and filled the hole, fixed the insulation, and also reblacked the grate so the the whole thing looks much smarter than before and well as being safer and wasting less heat.

Really excellent service from website which was really user friendly and easy to make an enquiry, prompt communication after enquiry with clear quote and easy to agree a booking. Notified two days before the two hour window, exactly as promised and then the visit was on time, service great and easy to pay via email with photos of the work and certificate. Really first class all round and highly recommend.

Previous sweeps have complained about the creosote in our chimney and so we approached SweepSmart for Creaway treatment. Their sweeping was so good that no Creaway treatment was necessary, saving me money.
