Paul was punctual -and very skilled - he knew the issue before he stepped foot in my home. First time using this company and it was an easy, pleasant experience. Booked via WhatsApp, certificate by email, payment via BACS or ApplePay. For someone who prefers things online, this is great but I also know they do things the “old fashioned way” too. Paul arrived on time (and could be tracked), got on with the work without fuss whilst I worked from home, and left without a trace - clean and tidy. Perfect.

We appreciate the reminder email to book our annual chimney sweep. Booking was straightforward, helped by the very pleasant operator who organised a visit which suited us. Paul arrived at the beginning of the time slot and rolled out his red carpet, literally, to protect our flooring. We then left Paul to his work…..clean, efficient and thorough. Before leaving, Paul answered some queries I had about occasionally smelling soot in the room on a summer’s morning. He did so in an informed way and offered a sensible solution. He also arranged that he would replace a cracked firebrick on his next visit. Exceptional service…..followed up immediately with an email providing a certificate for use with household insurers.

The two gentlemen turned up after a text to let me know when they would arrive . Did a great clean job sorted out mistakes made by a previous cleaning and gave good advice . Well worth the money

What a fantastic service, way beyond our expectations. Communication was excellent, emails and texts. Cleaned our chimney, four storey building, and then provided a detailed report with photos and comments. Highly recommended. We thought the price was very reasonable and would have happily paid more.

Appointment was set up easily and Paul arrived on time. He cleaned the burner and was tidy in his work. Would recommend the service. Good value and I'm happy I'm safe for another year!!

Communication was excellent throughout - from the initial quote to the chimney being swept. We were given a time window 48 hours before and kept updated with arrival time on the day. They also gave useful information on what to expect from the visit and how to prepare. The chimney sweep was friendly, efficient and left the room really clean. They were able to advise on a repair to the fireback which was helpful. I will definitely be booking again for next year.

Pfrompt arrival following SMS updates on arrival times etc. First class friendly service. Fully informed on procedures and I really appreciated the advice given regarding couple of defects. Clean and tidy work and would use again and recommend to others who have a thatched property.

The company carried out an excellent chimney cleaning service. They arrived as scheduled giving advance warning and set up and packed away equipment with the minimum of fuss. They were careful to keep the room clean and tidy and were thorough in doing the job. Very happy to recommend them.

Excellent service. We had a reminder and insight to what would be done by text a few days before the sweep would be done. He arrived promptly. The work was completed and we were advised as to what was needed to ensure safety when the fire was in use. We had a certificate by email too.

Easy to book with Faith by phone, she quickly found us a date for our annual chimney sweep with SweepSmart. Tony arrived on time and carried out a full sweep, clean and test of our chimney and fireplace and tested our carbon monoxide alarm. Tony also helped us with a wear and tear issue in our fireplace, quickly rectifying the immediate problem and advising us on how to make a full repair ourselves. Thanks to Tony's assistance, it will be easy for us to fix what is now a minor problem. Great service all round.

Two man team arrived as promised - they checked everything and proceeded to clean the stove and chimney. Once the job was completed everything was removed and within minutes the invoice and certificate with photos were received. Highly recommend this company 5* service

An appointment was available the following day due to a cancellation. Keil phoned 30 minutes prior to the visit and arrived on time. Stove chimney was swept and checked cleanly and rapidly. We also asked Keil about sweeping our fireplace chimney which we only use occasionally. Keil took a look and said it looked fine, although he was willing to clean it if we wanted. He was cheerful and friendly and we valued his integrity.

Chimney was sweep efficiently, they were tidy and very friendly. Also got a good out of season price!

Tony came to inspect my chimney and advise about returning my fireplace to use. I was given a day's advance notice of a two hour window in which he would arrive, and then a 15-minute ETA on the day and he arrived on time. He did the inspection within a reasonable time and left the room as clean as he found it. The smoke test machine makes less noise than my hoover. He went through everything he'd found out with me, and then sent me a written report with photos a few hours later the same day. Good service, would recommend.
