As a HETAS approved member of the 'Guild of Master Chimney Sweeps' we have been professionally trained and assessed in all aspects of solid fuel. SweepSmart has passed the vigorous assessments needed to become a 'Which? trusted trader' and have achieved the rank of Master Sweep with the Guild.

Two man team arrived as promised - they checked everything and proceeded to clean the stove and chimney. Once the job was completed everything was removed and within minutes the invoice and certificate with photos were received. Highly recommend this company 5* service

An appointment was available the following day due to a cancellation. Keil phoned 30 minutes prior to the visit and arrived on time. Stove chimney was swept and checked cleanly and rapidly. We also asked Keil about sweeping our fireplace chimney which we only use occasionally. Keil took a look and said it looked fine, although he was willing to clean it if we wanted. He was cheerful and friendly and we valued his integrity.

Tony came to inspect my chimney and advise about returning my fireplace to use. I was given a day's advance notice of a two hour window in which he would arrive, and then a 15-minute ETA on the day and he arrived on time. He did the inspection within a reasonable time and left the room as clean as he found it. The smoke test machine makes less noise than my hoover. He went through everything he'd found out with me, and then sent me a written report with photos a few hours later the same day. Good service, would recommend.

I used SweepSmart to replace my flue liner earlier this year and they worked really hard to overcome a few obstacles that had been created by the old liner corroding and falling apart. This time was a professional rotary sweep and fitting new parts to my stove to keep it in tip top condition. The guys work really clean and professionally and I cannot fault their standard or work. I feel lucky to have found them. The booking, work, invoice and documents process is absolutely spot on, (some big companies should take a leaf out of SweepSmart's book! Very happy to recommend these guys.

Sweepsmart swept two chimneys in our residential house. Their administration was very efficient. They came exactly as planned and the work took no longer than promised. Paul came to clean our chimney today, and assess what work needed doing to install a log burner. Paul was extremely quick and proficient and very willing to give advice on not only the fireplace that was being cleaned but also another fireplace in the house, which was greatly appreciated. Tony and his colleague worked very hard to clear 2 chimney flues that were the possible cause of a damp problem. They explained the procedure throughout the process and kept me informed. It was good to see the images from the camera investigation which was very helpful. The work was carried out in a calm and efficient manner and the rooms were left very clean and tidy. Sweepsmart were great about scheduling the appointment and letting us know when timing slipped a bit. The guys who came to the house were super friendly and tried really hard to fix a rather difficult issue with our chimney caused by some building work we had had done.
