Been using Sweepsmart for a number of years, and just had the chimney cleaned for use in the winter. Efficient, clean, punctual - as always very good.

This is the second year I have used SweepSmart & it couldn't be easier. I was sent a reminder for my annual check, booked the appointment and had reminders telling me when Adam would be coming. On the day of the sweep Adam arrived at the time indicated on the text message and the whole process was both efficient & thorough. He left the place clean and was also polite. The certificate and invoice is then emailed through. I will certainly use them again in the future.

Excellent service Tony kept us informed about timing of visit and followed instructions to enter property. On time and on budget. Very diligent and cleared up well. Spent 4 hours on job and explained all potential future issues after clearing and checking 5 Chimneys.

This is the second time we have used SweepSmart and we will certainly be using them again in the future. The lady in the office was very friendly on the phone and worked to find a time slot that worked for me. Communication remained excellent as I then received courtesy texts to remind a couple of days before the day, and then one on the morning itself to state an exact arrival time (which was accurate). Tony was friendly, informative and professional, and sent across our certificate (complete with written info and pictures of before/after) afterwards. Prices seemed reasonable. We had our two woodburners checked and cleaned. Paul turned up on time, with a text advising exact time of arrival on the morning, as promised. Communication with the office when booking was really good with prompt, understanding and friendly replies. We would recommend this business and will be using again.

Good experience. Was easy to book appointment arrived exactly when booked, did work, was helpful with advice. Provided email certificates which is far more helpful for retaining than paper copies. Will be using again.

My tenants had a problem with flies coming out of the fireplaces, and we suspected a dead bird as the cause. From initial contact through to the chimneys being inspected and swept it took two weeks, which I consider more than acceptable. Everything on SweepSmart's side was done correctly: You receive automated sms and email messages to confirm they have received the enquiry left on their website. The follow-up via email was within two days, and they were able to communicate with both me and my tenants clearly. The chimneys were swept as agreed, and, indeed, a dead bird was found. I had very detailed feedback from my tenants, and they were very pleased with the way the work was carried out, and the result: clean chimneys and fireplaces. In addition, we had prepared a long list of follow-up questions, such as how to prevent this happening again, and the chimney sweep took the time to answer these to our satisfaction. The result of this was that the chimneys should be capped, and I have requested a quote from SmartSweep for this work too. I really could not be happier with the service, and the price seemed reasonable to me. I am giving top marks in all categories.

I am very happy to recommend SweepSmart. From booking through to invoicing, all went smoothly (as was my previous experience). I received text reminders ahead of and on the day and updates on arrival time. The actual chimney sweeping is done quickly and efficiently with no mess - thank you Tony. Be sure to plan ahead - I have recommended to neighbours who had several weeks' wait because this company provides such excellent service they get booked up.

My chimney was swept, and photographs taken to establish the cause of the apparent blockage. Tony was punctual, organised, professional and very tidy. It was a pleasure to have him here doing the work. I recommend SweepSmart highly.

Tony sent a text when on his way and arrived promptly. He placed dustsheets from the front door to the fireplace, and got straight on with the work. Minimal noise and no mess - you almost wouldn’t know he had been here. He showed me before and after photos of the inside of the chimney. Very happy with the work. Our chimney is very high (tall ceilings in a converted old townhouse) but as usual not an issue. This company is brilliant, clean and efficient and gets the job done with no mess. Been using for several years and will continue to do so as the fire burns so much better and know it's safe after they've been.

I highly recommend using Sweepsmart. A friendly, efficient & expert service. This is the second year I have used Sweepsmart. Their sweep turned up within the first twenty minutes of their two hour window and he was clean, helpful and efficient. The service is noisy but no soot or dust has escaped into the room. It was raining this morning and I was pleased to see the sweep used clean dust sheets to ensure the floor stayed clean and dry. I was offered a choice of paying there and then, which I elected to do. The chimney sweep certificate was then sent through promptly straight after the appointment. Very efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Pleased with the job Sweep Smart did. They've just swept the chimney, having arrived on time following a text to say on their way (always helpful) All very professional, both the actual sweeping and the checks they carried out, and no mess! They were also pleasant and happy to explain the details of what they were doing. I now have a certificate to prove the job's been done, together with details of some minor work that might need doing, though nothing urgent! All in all, I'm very pleased with Sweep Smart Ltd and would recommend them.

Brilliant service provided by Sweepsmart. The technicians were on time, polite and professional. We had our chimney swept and the addition of 1 cap and 1 cowl on the top of our chimney pots. The works were carried out quickly and efficiently. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Tony arrived on time and done a superb job of sweeping my chimney and repairing my stove. He explained everything that he was doing and taught me several things about my stove that I didn't know.
