Our chimney is very high (tall ceilings in a converted old townhouse) but as usual not an issue. This company is brilliant, clean and efficient and gets the job done with no mess. Been using for several years and will continue to do so as the fire burns so much better and know it's safe after they've been.

I highly recommend using Sweepsmart. A friendly, efficient & expert service. This is the second year I have used Sweepsmart. Their sweep turned up within the first twenty minutes of their two hour window and he was clean, helpful and efficient. The service is noisy but no soot or dust has escaped into the room. It was raining this morning and I was pleased to see the sweep used clean dust sheets to ensure the floor stayed clean and dry. I was offered a choice of paying there and then, which I elected to do. The chimney sweep certificate was then sent through promptly straight after the appointment. Very efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

Pleased with the job Sweep Smart did. They've just swept the chimney, having arrived on time following a text to say on their way (always helpful) All very professional, both the actual sweeping and the checks they carried out, and no mess! They were also pleasant and happy to explain the details of what they were doing. I now have a certificate to prove the job's been done, together with details of some minor work that might need doing, though nothing urgent! All in all, I'm very pleased with Sweep Smart Ltd and would recommend them.

Brilliant service provided by Sweepsmart. The technicians were on time, polite and professional. We had our chimney swept and the addition of 1 cap and 1 cowl on the top of our chimney pots. The works were carried out quickly and efficiently. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

I've been with SweepSmart for a few years now and I have never been disappointed with their service. The team is very professional starting from the receptionist who makes sure all is running smoothly. Adam who came over today was very professional. He prepared his work place carefully making sure all our belonging are treated with care. He explained everything to me. And I was able to see before and after pic of his work which is something new Adam left the place very tidy. I also have been emailed the certificate.

Communication excellent. Email and text confirmation when booked 3 months ago plus two reminders and text when they were on the way. Friendly, efficient and clean service. Couldn’t recommend enough.

We recently moved into a victorian flat, of which the fireplace was boarded up. We booked an appointment with SweepSmart to investigate how viable it'd be to open up the fireplace for use. Adam came and was very mindful in protecting the surrounding areas along with leaving no mess behind. In that visit we got an idea of all possible options in a fair unbiased explanation. We're now keen to book the next steps and get ready for winter!

We have used SweepSmart for many years now and have never been disappointed. Whoever comes to sweep the chimney and test the stove is always very efficient, on time, extremely polite and gives good sound advice as to how we can get the best use out of our stove. Have used twice now to have chimneys swept and inspected and great each time. Very professional, tidy and skilled. Gave an honest and detailed report. Planning to use to get a wood burner fitted by SweepSmart shortly will add another review when that work is done

We had Tony from Sweepsmart in today. He swept our chimney and installed chimney caps. Incredibly professional, super quick and diligent, polite and, to top it off, cleaned up everything afterwards. Also have to say that their response time was phenomenal: emailed them and got a reply almost immediately and they came out just a few days later. Highly recommend!

Arrived on time, floor protection laid, dust cloths arranged around fire. Quick job with no mess. Seals checked to ensure all was airtight. Very professional service.

This is the third occasion we have used Sweepsmart. Adam arrived promptly, having given us advance notice by email and text. He took care to protect the floors and worked very tidily. It's definitely not the old fashioned service I remember from my youth when every surface ended up covered in soot! The process means the room is protected from the soot, and our woodburning stove was left spotless. Adam showed me pictures of the flue and chimney liner so I could see its overall condition. He was happy to recommend the chimney be swept every two years, given its current usage and condition. I am very happy with the service given by Adam and Sweepsmart, and I am sure I will be asking them back for a fourth visit in two years' time.

He used lots of groundsheets to protect my floors and furniture but made no mess whatsoever. I now have a certificate and before and after photos. Not only was the chimney swept, but my Carbon Monoxide alarm was checked and the smoke draw was tested. A really excellent, modern service which I will be using again next year and beyond. Adam visited us this morning to sweep our chimney for our multi-fuel stove. Adams's work and his knowledge and help was vast and way superior to any previous sweeps we have had, so we will certainly NOT be using anyone but Smartsweep in the future. Wish I had known that this company also fits stoves, as I would have used them to fit my stove initially as their attention to detail is superb. Very impressed with Sweep Smart from start to finish. Tony and his assistant were friendly and super efficient, and tidied up thoroughly after sweeping flue of my wood burning stove, which they left much cleaner than they found it (glass front was sparkling).
